Have gone here about 3 times in the last few weeks and each time there’s been an issue. The person taking the order has had to read back my order 2 and three times to understand what I wanted. Which was nothing difficult. 3 sandwiches and some cheese sticks. and then they still got it wrong. And then on one occasion they asked me 3 times what my drink was and when I got to the window they handed me the wrong drink and when I pointed it out they corrected it but were not friendly about it at all. If it wasn’t for the fact that we love Arby’s we probably would not go back to this one which is closest to where we stay.

I came into this store and they tried serving me rotted meat. I ordered an American Roast Beef sandwich and when I looked at the meat it was green and yellow. Gross. Like really? I took it back in and they looked as if I stole something and lied about it. Told me to throw the sandwich away and he will make another one. Of course I had to check it again and there it was hidden under a few sliced pieces of clean meat. Never again. Wonder how many people got sick that night. Customer service was horrible, no one said sorry. Not like the good old days when customers were appreciated for coming to their store and spending your money on good food. Times have really changed. I hate going to places that don’t show you courtesy. Watch your food people. The higher the prices go the quality of your food goes down. You don’t get your money’s worth. Then people wonder why they don’t get tipped. I believe work is where you work l, drama needs to be left at home until you get off. If you don’t like your job then quit.

I went here to get some lunch after work. The scanner wasn’t working, but the drive thru employee, Adrion (I am sorry if I misspelled your name), was very friendly and professional. She made sure I had everything I ordered and that I was properly taken care of. Because of her professionalism and interpersonal skills, I will definitely be back.

They are always busy which is a good thing. Unfortunately, I don’t think they check the food quality. The bun was hard and the cheese had an awful smell. I looked forward to having some Arby’s since it’s been a while. Wish it was better.

The crew at this location is abysmal! They feel free to ignore customers, and after several minutes of standing there waiting to place an order, I overheard a lady working there, presumably a manager, talking about locking the doors to the store. This was at 5:30 in the evening mind you, with only five orders on their screens, but she’s complaining about being overwhelmed. If your crew can’t handle a small dinner rush without ignoring customers and locking doors, clearly they need to be replaced.

The food is consistently good. Service is always great. Sometimes they have my food ready before I even get around to the window to pay. Everyone I have dealt with is friendly. My only problem is sometimes I don’t get napkins in the bag, so ask for them if that is important. But if you want a great alternative to burgers, give it a try.
