There aren’t a lot of great Chinese take out places in the area, but West Lake has become my go to. They are lightening fast, consistent and delicious. Worth my drive from Northampton every time. The General Tso’s is everything I want it to be and they are super friendly.

I remember their food being good, but now it’s terrible. Everything is deep fried and overcooked. Scallion pancakes should not be deep fried. The broccoli in garlic sauce was limp and no longer green because it was overcooked. The brown rice smelled of a mildew like a dirty dish towel. It’s really unfortunate!

Hadn’t been here in a few years. Good variety of lunch specials. I had the sesame chicken with brown rice. Really yummy but wish it came with broccoli like it used to. My Dad really enjoyed the beef teriyaki, said it had a nice zip to it. Restaurant was very clean, prompt friendly service. Decor clean but a bit dated.

Last night we ordered Sesame Chicken, Broccoli with Garlic Sauce, Chicken Fried Rice and some soups. I’m eating leftovers for lunch today and had to leave this review. Their food is always good, but especially the most recent order we made! The sesame chicken was so light and crispy, with a really nice flavor. Not just your avg sesame chicken I mean it! Although we had takeout the restaurant has been updated and looks amazing. They were busy too and I know in some places that may mean the quality might suffer but not in our case! The staff is friendly, the space is great, but the food really brings a lot of depth in flavor, and tastes great! This is our go-to Chinese restaurant for sure in Western Ma!

Rice is awesome, lots of chicken, not greasy, boneless ribs and chicken teriyaki on a stick are fantastic, Rangoons were just ok, I like them on the sweeter side is all.

My girlfriend and I always go here for Chinese food. Great selection, delicious meals that aren’t too greasy and friendly staff. Easy to access from the street and there is plenty of parking.

Huge drink portions and friendly staff. Easily accessible location off College Highway and across the street from Big Y. Haven’t tried many of the ample food options but I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve tried.
