I ordered a simple classic roast beef and fries. I did ask for American cheese instead of cheddar. Got the sandwich after 15 minutes ..no fries..finally after 10 minutes I got fries. Covered in salt so much I couldn’t eat them.took them back and explained they were too salty. They said they’d make more..15 minutes later I got fries. The drive though customers were actually getting the better service. There were no people in the place but us..I was not thrilled with the sandwich, they smeared that sauce all over it..it dripped into the wrapper. It tasted terrible and I just left the fries there..to top it off. You cant pay with cash inside but you can if its the drive thru…are you kidding me…terrible

There are no carpets on the floor so floor is slick if raining out. (Almost fell) Food, the fries were old and barely given any for paying price of them. Cheese cups was a joke for $1 a piece extra charge. Sandwich, skimpy on cheese there as well. Some parts of roast beef were hard and over cooked. Was like being given scraps. Smh. Pitifully!!!!! Wendy’s would of done better! If could give zero stars to leave review, would have.

Stopped in to get some fresh Arbys, employees/Mgr in back complaining because they got 2 drive thru orders and 2 mobile orders same time?? It COMPLETLEY flustered them, they wanted to clear the screens before they would take my order.

I tried to order in the app, wouldn’t work. Said technical issues. Had to wait and go in to the store to order. Went in, waited 2 minutes, no one came to take my order. I left and went to Wendy’s.

My husband and I went through the drive-thru and ordered two regular roast beef sandwiches. We got home and found that we had two classic fish sandwiches. I called the restaurant and although they said all of the right things, such as we do our best to be sure that each order is right. Their best certainly wasn’t good enough in this case.
