Unprofessional and Disrespectful – Lost a 7-Year Regular
I have been coming to this establishment and ordering the exact same thing for seven years, but after my experience today, I won’t be back.
What should have been a simple meal turned into the worst service I’ve ever experienced. My server spent more time arguing with me about the menu than actually listening to my order. To make matters worse, she then stood at the next table and openly talked trash about me to other customers and her coworkers. It was loud enough for me to hear, and it led to other tables laughing and staring at us.
The situation became so hostile and disrespectful that it got my father visibly upset and worked up. On top of the attitude, she still managed to get the order wrong. Instead of a simple correction, I got an argument and public ridicule.
It’s a shame to see a place I’ve supported for nearly a decade treat loyal customers with such blatant disrespect. Avoid this place if you value decent service.

We were wondering how they can have so many meals on the menu. On top of that they have a long list of specials, including many home style, comfort meals.
Breakfast is served into the afternoon or always served and that’s what I’m usually ordering. The Kentucky Hash will fix you right up.

What a very clean restaurant. The food was really really good. Had breakfast. The employees were all smiling and very polite. Great atmosphere to eat a meal in. Prices were reasonable too. I will be back. Thank you for being the best. It was my first time here. Juli is a wonderful employee. Came to the table several times to check on us and always smiled.

Would like to be able to talk about the food but you would need to be waited on for that to happen. Sat there for 15 minutes they did ask what we wanted to drink which I said coffee and a white milk. They did bring the milk but nothing else.
We paid for the milk and went to Biffs Coney island and within that 15 minutes we waited for nothing at Green Apple we got our drinks, placed our order, and was served our food.
I will never go back to the green apple and will discourage anyone I know as well.

This diner is very unique and has a huge array of food! The menu was so vast it took me a while to choose what I wanted! There’s typical American diner food as well as some Mexican and Greek dishes! The salads are fresh and delicious and so are the wings and fries! The staff was wonderful and probably the nicest waitress I have ever had the privilege of encountering! She was so chipper, extremely kind and welcoming! It made the experience that much better! Will definitely be coming back! Very clean and cute diner! I was ravenous and forgot to take pictures of everything else we had eaten!
