The employees at this location need to do a better job. I ordered a large curly fry and my mom ordered a small. The small had more fries than the large. Such a rip off. I also asked for 3 pepper sauce and they gave me horsey sauce.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered our food at 8 ok took 5 mins to take our order. Then get to the window and given our drinks and asked to pull ahead for rest. We did not get our food till 8:30.. we get home with our food every order of fries was burnt and cold. Sandwiches were cold. Like they made them and sat while everything else was done. No apology for waiting so long. Why were we waiting so long while other cars were waiting 5 min tops??? Never again!!!!!! $ 63 for burnt cold food!!

Avoid this location! Last night I pulled up at the drive thru at 945pm and they said they were closed (they close at 10pm). I said I had placed a mobile order and they said, oh…pull around. After some waiting I was handed 1 bag stuffed with 5 sandwiches, 1large fry, and a chicken bacon loaded fries. Needless to say the bag ripped and the fries and sauces hit the ground. They made me another order of fries which turned out to be 1/4 the size when I got home. Also my chicken bacon loaded fries turned out to be fries with a dab of cheese on it. That’s it! I will never go back as this isn’t the first time this location couldn’t fulfill a simple order. Avoid this place and go to any other nearby locations

Pretty bad spot. Took 10 minutes to get my order and then another 12 (yes I timed it) to get my food. Finished a small drink while I waited. Ordered a wrap and got a sandwich. As someone the used to work for Arby’s, the management and employees need a serious overhaul of how to be efficient.

Arby’s always has great food, but their prices are outrageous. The service is always good, but I seriously don’t think I can ever go back because of the high prices. For the cost of buying two meals just for my son and I, we could have gotten two steak dinners at a local restaurant.

We had a coupon that stated “buy one classic, get one free of equal or lesser value”. So we bought 2 sandwiches. Come to find out the store only honored a Roast Beef sandwich from their value meal as a “classic”. Very disappointed. The coupon did not state roast beef. Please specify your marketing so guests are not misled.
