Phenomenal spot for seafood — particularly shrimp and lobster. My friends and I really liked the Camarones Diablo, the lobster, and the drinks. The sides like rice and beans were good too. The chicken fajitas were an absolute letdown, flavorless and overcooked.
The oceanfront view is unmatched and the service was so hospitable as well. We can’t wait to go back.

Great spot on the beach for the typical seafood served in the area. Food was good and the service was good, we just couldn’t get an agua mineral no matter how many times we asked. Probably just a language barrier issue.

We got the lobster they’re famous for and it didn’t disappoint. It was quiet and we got a pick of the table. Decided to dine on the terrace watching the sunset. David was our server and he was on point. When in Rosarito will definitely go back to Puerto Nuevo to eat there again. Afterwards we walked and shopped. Love my people here!!

Hands down one of the best seafood meals I’ve ever had! The lobster, fish, and shrimp plate was absolutely incredible perfectly grilled, buttery, and full of flavor. Everything tasted so fresh, like it came straight from the ocean that morning. The sides of rice, beans, salad, and warm tortillas made it even better, and the guacamole was out of this world.
The view of the beach, the friendly staff, and the vibrant atmosphere made it such a memorable experience. If you’re in Rosarito, this place is a must!

– Generous Food portions
Meh things:
– Tip: pay for parking ($10 USD) if you don’t want to drive round and round looking for a spot closer. If you do want a close spot, godspeed.
– In dire need of a remodel/ slippery floors ( they took care of the slippery floors!)
Best thing about Playa Delfín is the scenery. Our party of 9 was sat by the window overlooking the ocean (which my 5 and 2 y/o thoroughly enjoyed).
Food was good. Lobster’s aren’t as big as I used to remember, way back in the day. Drinks were decent and service was better this time around.
Overall not a bad place to bring the family for food views while eating.

The food was delicious! Originally we were going to dine at another restaurant however all the street vendors recommended this place and I am glad they did! Marcos was very attentive to our needs! Thank you Playa del fin! We will definitely come back through here

The view is great. If it’s cold or windy you can stay on the floor that is enclosed with lots of windows so you can still enjoy the view. If it’s a nice day out, you can go the the bottom floor that is open and you can enjoy the view more. The food was good we had a little bit of everything and it was all tasty. They give you a free sopa de tortilla to start. Lobster with the beans and rice and home made flower tortillas are so good. oh and the internet only works on the top floor.

I went to lunch with some friends. It was really good, although it would have been nice if the terrace were more organized and had shade and music. The waiters were very attentive. I hope the next time I go, which will be soon, the terrace will be nice to eat on. That lobster was delicious

It took a little bit to find a place, but it was totally worth the search! I personally had the rib-eye steak and it was cooked delicious and to my liking 🙂 my beautiful bride had the house special, left her plate clean! My father did as well 🙂 my two kids ordered which my daughter says was delicious, and a steak quesadilla. To wish my son said how do you get to OMG it was big and delicious! The clam chowder and guacamole appetizers were very tasty, and most importantly Christian was awesome! McDonald’s chicken it was very attentive without hovering.
