Only rating 1 star because you can’t give zero. Absolute worst customer service I have ever received happened today and I didn’t even step inside the establishment. Sat outside in the drive-thru for over 15 min with cars in front and behind me. Nobody ever came on the speaker to take an order, so I drove around parked and tried to go inside to order instead. All the doors were locked. Another 3 customers verbally addressed they were having the same issue so I decided to call and simply ask what was the problem or issue because sometimes things in life happen and god forbid someone was hurt inside and others besides myself were worried about the silence. The girl on the phone snapped at me after I nicely asked my question, then gave the phone to the manager when I mentioned her tone and presentation was unwarranted when I was simply asking a question and it was unprofessional. Manager gets on the phone and was equally as rude and snotty, after I stated the tone and sassiness wasn’t needed from the previous employee, however she did explain the issue and it’s understandable, I told her that I get it but I don’t appreciate the treatment and asked to speak to someone higher up and get a number for corporate. She wanted to pass me to another manager and I said no I’m going higher up, I don’t care about your fkn managers manager. I want the BOSS.

Arby’s has a fast service considering how busy it gets. Every time I have gone through the drive-thru, it always has a line, which is good. They’re employees are always polite and make sure you have everything. I ordered the Steakhouse Brisket meal. Although I’ve never ordered it before, it looked appetizing and tasted great! I will definitely be returning for more delicious food!!!

My review for Walt Disney World: Judy Hopps was unavailable the whole month we were there 🙁 my son Owen wants to be a keiji shinogi when he grows up and was just DYING to meet her. my daughter Emily had a BLAST running around in the fountains but she unfortunately got moldy and we had to throw her away. I doubt you’re reading this, sweaty, but we miss you Emily! That little pineapple doodah my husband Drake found was a real killer! the whole family (sans Emily, she was gone by that point) had a good laugh. Will be back again in 8 months!
