The service is always amazing nothing wrong with the staff but I’m done last time I went was when they had the brisket sandwich (which was amazing ) until my last time getting it where it was flat as a pancake and barely had any meat on it then I thought maybe it was an off night got it a week later and same thing no meat , well now I went today after 2 months later to get a fish sandwich and what a surprise flat as paper love that , I hope who ever buys it puts some effort into basic quality control and food consistency, because this isn’t it

This Arby’s is one of my favorites. First time I’ve used the online ordering system, and I tell you what when it said it would be ready in 5 mins, they had it done. I pulled up and told them my name I expected to be waiting like I usually do anywhere else, nope done and hot and ready!!

Got 2 beef and cheddar delivered and there was no red ranch on it at all. Beef tasted dried out, like it was under the heat lamp for a few hours. This is coming from a former Arby’s employee that would have never served such a sub-part sandwich.

Went through the drive through and got a 2/6.99 and the lady was a great up sale and got me to get a fry as well. However, after paying my husband questioned the cost and I looked over my receipt to realize I was charged for two fries. I did tell them whatever mistakes happen I’ll just keep it. Then I leave and all the fries are cold. So I got charged an extra fry and they were cold. I tried to call and talk to a manager and spent the whole time listening to them talk in the background and not come to the phone. The fish sandwich was hot but soggy like it had been fried earlier and heated up making the inside soggy. The beef and cheddar was good.

Order $30 worth of food, not only did we have to wait 20 something minutes ( because they was cooking the mozzarella sticks) but we get home to cold old fries, the mozzarella sticks was definitely not cooked! The meat on our sandwich was cold, the lady that was taking our order was extremely rude! Never ever will I go back to this place!
