ordered a Spicy Poblano to-go and was very disappointed. It came cold, with barely any meat, no cheese, no jalapeños, and the avocado was spoiled.
The fruit on the side also looked old, and the strawberries were already breaking down from being overripe.
I drove back to the restaurant to complain, and they remade it. When I got home, it was a little better, but still not up to the standard I’ve experienced at other locations.
The staff was polite and professional, and I appreciate that they tried to fix the issue. However, the food quality was very poor. Unfortunately, I would not return to this location.

Ordered the cheesecake pancakes & other things. I started eating the pancakes then removed the whipped cream I saw something shining. I removed it & it was a 1/4 round piece of glass (looks like the top of salt & pepper or ketchup bottle) GLASS between the pancakes & whipped cream. Clearly it was placed there.I WILL NEVER RETURN.
I told who’s in charge of restaurants & he investigated, removed my meal, and gave me a return voucher for free meal. I WON’T return.

Sammy was amazing she was very polite and patient we came in at 11:25 with a party of 8 4 adults and 4 kids and she spoke to everyone and the kids loved her and the adults did too her service was 10 out of 10! ( only took pictures of the kids food)

Bless her . I accidentally dropped a plate and broke it and she cleaned it up right away. It was an accident, and I’ll be happy to buy it. But she was very cheerful very friendly and handled everything very professionally. Don’t let this one get away.

I had an amazing experience at IHOP! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. But what really made our visit special was our waiter, Kevin. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. His positive attitude and great customer service truly stood out. Kevin made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. I’ll definitely be coming back because of service like that! Thank you, Kevin, for making our visit so enjoyable!

Tori made our visit to IHOP absolutely wonderful! The food was delicious, fresh, and came out quickly, but the service is what really stood out. Tori was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. She checked on us at the perfect times and had such a positive attitude that made the whole experience even better. It’s not often you get service that genuinely makes you feel welcomed and taken care of. If you’re visiting this IHOP, definitely ask for Tori — she’s amazing! We will absolutely be back.

Every time we come here, we always have a great experience. The service is consistently excellent, and everyone is so nice and welcoming.
