I drive a 18 wheeler and stood in drive-thru for 10 minutes behind the car that pulled in after me. Just to be told at the window that they had been closed for 6 minutes and couldn’t serve me. This is unacceptable if it wasn’t for us you wouldn’t be able to serve no one. I will never stop here again!! The manager was rude and seemed she didn’t care for nothing except going home. Hope all of them got to eat.

Food was cold, employees couldn’t stop playing around long enough to make the food. The young lady who took our order was very pleasant. After pointing out that the sandwiches were all cold they did replace them without us asking, which was nice. If they could get people to act like they’re at work while they’re working they’d probably be just fine.

Very ‘hit or miss’. 1 in 3 times my order has been wrong or missing something. Yesterday I ordered a slider and fries, got two sliders. The time before that ordered 4 sandwiches, got home with 3. The workers are always pleasant, but at this point I just eat whatever they’ve decided I get today.
