1:21pm on a Sunday. 3 couples including us in the lobby. Had to wait at the counter until the drive thru person told someone to come wait on us. Waited 10min for or food. Was missing part of the food when given, and had to all for the rest. The fries were barely warmer than my mouth temp. The Au jus sauce was cold, and the sandwich was microwaved

Thought i had a very simple order. Ordered a large curly fry, paid for a large curly fry, got a small curly fry. Oh but the best part was getting halfway thru what curly fries I did have to find the whole second half of the fries were burnt Crinkle cut fries. I understand one or two being scooped up on accident, but 10 not small Crinkle fries?

The roast beef was over cooked, skimpy, and cold when eaten, so they have me old roast beef! I will never eat at Arby’s in Lebanon, KY again got two fish sandwiches with mayo instead of tartar, they didn’t give us our fries had to go back for them and when I called up there Jessica was rude, no hospitality at all

We waited at the drive thru forever and when we got our roast beef sandwiches we had to throw them away due to the meat being very hard. Rather go to Campbellsville or Russell county instead

I’ve went to get the Loaded Italian 3 times this week and was told “we still don’t have any” and finally instead of ordering something different, I drove off. It still says on the sign “Loaded Italian is Back” Well BS!!! Take is off the menu and the sign if you are not going to serve it.

I will NEVER eat arbys again. This was my last experience with them. It cost enough to get a good sit down meal amd all we got was junk food. The curly fries were very over cooked amd horrble. Portion size was ridiculous. Drinks were so full of ice that there was hardly no drink in them. The batter was nasty and bitter. Makes me sick that they got any money from me when i would pay to not have eaten it

The inside is under construction, so I should cut them some slack. If it wasn’t for the beef not being Arby’s beef, I usually love a good Arby’s. The meat was thick cut and just not anything I was used to with their roast beef. Tasted more of a French dip you get at a bowling alley. So sad
