When me and my wife and daughter made it there we seen only 2 people. We ordered are food. I ordered the new waygu burger (sorry If I spelled wrong). My wife ordered the beef and cheeder. I personally did not really like the new burger. It was burnt on top and that’s all I could taste. My daughter had chicken nuggets and she liked them, my wife enjoyed her sandwich. I think for $11 for my sandwich was a little high considering it was a bit burnt.

Don’t get a large lemonade. They fill the cup completely full of ice. It’s not the same large you would get if you get a fountain large drink. It does not say that anywhere on the menu. When I asked the manager “Lane/Lance” about it, got deer in headlight stare. $3.19 for a drink you get 3 sips out of, I feel like I got ripped off.

Their vanilla snakes are delicious. Last summer they had the orange creme shake and I would like to see it on the menu. Deli sandwiches were a little more expensive than their other sandwiches .

Nearly 30 years of mostly happily eating at this Arby’s and this 1 experience was nasty. I give 2 stars only because the krinkle fries were great. The beef n cheddar was absolutely nasty, and I’m far from a fussy eater… It’s ruffly a quarter as much meat as on the next smallest one I’ve ever gotten. I had to open it to see that it had anything on it. What it did have was cold and 2 of my 5 bites before I tossed it were like a rubber band and I spit them out. It was on the onion bun like it should be, but no cheddar at all, not one spec. The kid working looked filthy and had ZERO personality. I don’t expect fine dining, but it’s kind of important to have enough conversation to get the money from and the food to the customer. Hot fresh fries were the only saving grace.

Hands down the most overlooked food place on the market inside atmosphere is horrible needs lots of upgrades the service is slow at times prices are high maybe not sure I don’t buy roast beef anywhere else. But man those sandwiches are amazing
