I went here a couple weeks ago and my sister and I have been talking about the steak burrito ever since. Can’t wait to go back for more. The staff was super nice and the prices are very reasonable! I got the steak burrito with beans and rice (dinner plate) and my sister got a chicken chimichanga dinner plate and a beef taco. Our meals also came with table chips and salsa included!
Our favorite thing was the steak burrito, I’d like to try their other steak options like quesadillas and tacos. We weren’t the biggest fans of the chicken used for the chimichanga as it was a shredded chicken and we prefer a grilled or marinated chicken but all the food can to our table nice and hot which is a must for us!
We both agreed that we’d go back for the steak and could do without the rice and beans, they were okay but nothing out of the ordinary. If you’re in the area looking for Mexican food I recommend you give this place a shot. I saw they also sell alcohol!

Good mexican food option in St. Charles.
My chicken burrito was very fresh tasting and filling. The elotes were very good. Margarita had good flavor too. The complimentary chips and salsa were just ok.
Service was very friendly and the food came out quick.

Such a cute date spot. Staff was so kind and friendly. Prices are fair for the amount food you are getting everything came out like it was in the photo. Highly recommend. We definitely will be coming back.

So let me by start off I moved out here about 4 years ago and I’ve been struggling to find a good steak burrito. One that’s almost perfect.. I’ve been to so many places and it was let down after let down. I thought I was never going to find the burrito I’ve been yearning for, til today I happen to come across this gem. The steak burrito Is packed with flavor and it’s a pretty hefty burrito at that. I suggest replacing lettuce and tomato either cilantro and onion. You won’t be disappointed. This is definitely my new spot. Can’t wait to try the other dishes you have to offer.

Amazing food. They were not busy for the mid week dinner rush and food here was absolutely delicious. They do ask you if you want it American or Mexican style but if you are a real foodie obviously Mexican is the way to go. Everything Everything tasted very fresh. The host was super friendly and kind. We got our food real fast. Plenty of sitting space and plenty of parking. Restrooms were clean as well. Definitely recommend

I live in Chicago so i occasionally make the drive out here and i always make sure to stop at daves. After trying over 50+ different taco places in the Chicagoland area, i can say that dave burritos is still the best in this state. Staff is very friendly as well.
