Absolutely awesome personality at the register and she went above and beyond to help and be super pleasant! Store was clean and restrooms were stocked….the food was incorrect and we did not notice till we were 5 miles down the road. Asked for 2 beef and cheddars and 2 regular roast beefs, got 4 beef and cheddars and they were covered in the zesty red ranch….literally dripping off the sides….

I was their only drive through customer. I ordered classic arby roast beef combo. It took about 12-15 minutes to get my order. They must have had to slaughter the cow and grow the potatoes. And then when I got my order, there was no arbys sauce, the curly fries tasted like they had been sitting there for 15 minutes and the roast beef was barely warm. It was a miserable experience altogether and I refuse to return to this arbys again. Stay away from this arbys.

The worst service at any Arby’s I’ve ever eaten at. Even with a kitchen loaded with employees it took almost 14 minutes just for a single Wagyu Burger Combo. Lobby was for the most part clean but the bathrooms were all messed up. Also the fries were ice cold and hard with a burger that was not portioned properly.

Was in the drive thru tonight & not only was the food fresh, but ol girl hooked it up with sauces when I asked & was polite & told me the reason for my wait. Hard to find a good experience these days at ANY fast food location, so let’s give them props that they’re still doing good dealing with the horrible general public that we have these days! Great job ladies!

On May 25, 2022. I went on a wasted trip across town. Well let me start at the beginning. I know it’s hard to find help now-a-days, but seriously some of these restaurants are ridiculous. I arrived at 11:39pm. According to Google, thus location closed at 12am. All lights were on and an employee was sitting at a table inside. I was in the drive thru when the employee knocked on the window and signed that they were done for the night. If it’s hard to find workers why not make every dollar you can with the ones you have. I left work and drove across town to get something to eat for myself and some co-workers. I was on time, with plenty of time left to waste. I was not able to get any food because this location closed early. Be professional and change your closing time online or stay open till the time you say that you will. It’s a waste of people’s expensive gas and precious time to lie about your hours. Thanks for not feeling like staying open and taking care of a customer. I seriously appreciate it.

The roost beef was cold and when I said something to manager she said I just took it out of oven and I told her to feel it and she got a attitude. Will not go back. If I wanted a cold sandwich I would have stayed home

They literally placed the fries upside down in the bag, and the bbq sauce taste old and expired. Had to throw my sandwich away. Hope I don’t get sick.
