Usually this Arby’s is out of something you want to order. The last time I went there it was to try the Burgers that were on the Menu but they told me they were NOT serving Burgers at this time and maybe they might again in the near future but left them on the Menu.
This time it was to try the Burgers because they said they were actually available to order.
I didn’t order Meals , I just ordered 3 Bacon Burgers and they were $9 each plus tax which is absurd.
When I got home and tried one it was way dry, hard, bland, and small..singular patty and maybe two micro pieces of bacon maybe 2″s long each strip.
For almost $30 for 3 crappy Burgers only ..no sides..no drinks.. I might as well went to Walmart and purchased everything to.make them myself on the smokerat home. Also, the drive through window had a sticker saying “no smoking within 20′
However there was a bum smoking and begging in laying down leaning against the wall literally outside the drive through window.
Too expensive for 3 value sized poor quality singular tiny patty bland burgers

Went there tonight for the first time in many many years and totally disappointed. I kept seeing the ads for the steak bites and wanted to try them so I got the five piece a medium curly fry, one apple and one cherry turnover. The turnovers were delicious.
But the curly fry was left over and halfway filled, and the steak bites were tiny, chewy charcoal briquettes . I even donated a dollar for their charity, but I’m not sure what I spent $15 on because it wasn’t worth it. I definitely will not be going back.

Very nice and food was fresh. Not sure why the roast beef sandwiches have shrank in the last 20 years, but still better than most fast food. Didn’t care for the chicken strips, too much breading and one was tiny.

I took my Mom here for a late lunch today and was disgusted by the condition of the restaurant, bathroom, and employees. I placed the order, then went to sit down. There was a very large woman lying across the counter who had at least four kids with her. They were all using the bathroom at once and had to be coerced into getting out. I continued to wait for food and eventually an employee came to ask what we’d ordered (one slider and a fry). I waited some more. I went up to ask if they’d forgotten our order. They said no but had a huge order come in. I got a refund and left. I would like to note that this is the last straw for me at this location. It was filthy, they do not participate in any of the specials any longer, and the employees are like walking dead. I would also note that one of the employees was giving the big family a half price discount on all their food and they were getting food they ordered. My order for a drink, a slider, and a small fry was $8! I walked next door to Little Caesars and got an entire pizza INSTANTLY for less money.

None of us even finished our sandwiches they were just bad. 2 of us has the smokehouse brisket the meat looked off n they each had two tiny onion straws like an inch or so long on top. We waited inside for almost 30 minutes for our food or the chicken sandwich more so even tho we were the only ones there. The two smokehouse briskets were cold by time we had our order. The kid was nice but every employee there just looked completely miserable. I just moved out here and first n last time I’ll go to this store sadly I usually love Arby’s ↕️

This place sucks. If I could give it zero stars I would. Food was slow and so are all the employees. Their heat lamp wasn’t working so the fries/mozzarella sticks and other condiments were getting cold. And I saw someone in the kitchen putting food in the microwave then serving it. My husband and I will NEVER go back. Smh.

Hey arby’s…. “WHERE’S THE MEAT”… It Definitely wasn’t present in my sandwich. It’s amazing how you can raise prices.Yet still get way less quality and quantity than what you did before. Got the french dip there was hardly any meat in it at all. Total rip off.

Went for the new $8 value box. At the drive thru the guy asked which one I wanted and I told him since it was a new item, could he please tell me the choices. He then immediately told me they were out of them. Makes no sense.

Been going here a long time and still one of my favorite places. Beef and cheddar is my go to! I wish the prices weren’t so high but I love the deals you can get online and on the app atleast!

Absolutely horrible!!! I love Arby’s but this is the worst experience at any location. I’m a 63yr old retired restaurant mgr and I know what to look for in food quality. I ordered a buffalo chicken slider, 4 piece mozzarella stick, roast beef slider and a coke. I can guarantee you that the chicken and mozzarella were re-dropped. There is absolutely no disputing. Mozzarella was like rubber. No stringiness whatsoever. Chicken was the same. Barely warm. Here is how I know that they were re-dropped. From the time I ordered, paid, and received product there was not enough time to fry requested items. What a shame that this location does this. I always have loved both items and know what they should taste like. This was not it. A customer should always be served FRESH product. Regardless if it ordered as your last order of the night. Arby’s is not cheap to begin with, but I just wasted $13.02 of my hard earned money!!!! Customers pay YOUR WAGES FOR QUALITY FOOD!!! WITHOUT CUSTOMERS YOU WILL HAVE TO CLOSE YOUR DOORS!!! SO SAD EMPLOYEES ARE LIKE THIS AND SHAME ON THE MANAGER FOR ALLOWING IT TO HAPPEN!!!
