We had heard about Grimaldi’s, but had never been there. We bought a cherry pecan salad and a large pizza. The salad was good, but the dressing was very tart and acidic. The pizza was disappointing! It lacked flavor and spice and came to us just warm, even though there were about 10 people in the whole restaurant. It had riggatta cheese and sausage, but there was hardly any sausage on it. To top it off, the pizza was $30. Our server Abby was great, but we won’t be coming back.

We had a Mediterranean Salad for an appetizer and a LG pie with pepperoni. The presentation was great. The food was truly delicious. The restaurant decor was reminiscent of a pizza parlor up north.
Our server was on point. She provided recommendations and was very attentive. I will definitely go back.

Grimaldi’s was extremely busy, which speaks to its popularity. The food was excellent and ultimately worth the wait; however, service was understandably slow due to the volume. There was a significant delay in receiving drinks and our meal. The staff appeared to be doing their best under pressure, and we appreciated their effort. With a little extra time built in, it’s an enjoyable experience, and we would return during a less busy period.

It used to be better. Calzone mostly had ricotta in it compared it had more mozzarella before.
Asked for extra plates. Never got them. Asked again, got one instead of two. Did not want to eat from metal plate that the pizza was served on but whatever. Got their mocktail and it tasted like it went bad.
Servers don’t look welcoming. Pretty long wait for the place being almost empty.

It used to be a very good calzone now it’s more like a pierogies with cottage cheese instead.

Probably won’t be back..

It’s late and Google asked me. I don’t feel very descriptive now but if you don’t go you’re missing out. Great everything!

It’s in a nice location parking maybe an issue if you don’t like walking a few hundred feet for a spot. Thin crust pizza with the “bubble ” on some slices. Great sauce. Service is iffy, issue is with proper spacing of drinks appetizers and getting hot pizza

Anyone who grew up in NYC, like me, was fortunate to have easy access to a wide variety of amazing pizza and coal-fired brick-oven was always the best. It’s a different story here in Fort Myers however Grimaldi’s does a darn good job of recreating the classic coal-fired pie I miss… and look at that undercarriage!

I had pizza from this place 2 nights in a row. First was dine in and the next was takeout. Server on first night was good…hosting position could use some help. We were notified that our table for 5 was ready. When we got to the host stand, they informed us that it was not ready and would be an additional 10 minutes…25 minutes later, we were finally seated. Pizza the first night was great! Toppings covered pizza and well balanced. Pizza that we got for takeout was not as good. Same type of pizza, but the sauce did not cover the pizza and there was more crust than pizza. Inconsistency is why they don’t get 5 stars.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience at Grimaldi’s Pizzeria at Bell Tower! The service was outstanding, and the food blew us away. We ordered the large Margherita pizza — it was huge and absolutely delicious. My husband is Italian and usually finishes everything, but this time we actually had leftovers! We also shared an antipasti salad that was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making the whole evening even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Grimaldi Pizzeria is truly outstanding! We started with the Caprese salad, which was fresh and delicious. For our main dish, we ordered an 11” pizza, half cheese and half pepperoni. The thin crust was perfectly baked, and the flavors were incredible.

If I had one critique, it would be about the service. Our waitress was efficient but lacked friendliness and warmth throughout our visit. While she did her job, a more pleasant attitude would have made the experience even better. A welcoming demeanor goes a long way in enhancing the overall dining experience.

The total cost of our visit was $46, including tip. While it’s a bit pricey for pizza, the quality and taste made it worth it.
