Pretty good for Arby’s. The drive thru was PACKED all the way around the building so I went in and ordered to go. They’re was not one else (customers) inside. It was fast and efficient!

We paid 6.79 before tax for a farmhouse roast chicken salad, and didn’t realize we’d been handed a broken bowl with Saran Wrap on top, two tiny pieces of chicken, and less than a cup of lettuce. It was truly smaller than a side salad. We tried to call the store to request something to make it right and no one can answer. We’d appreciate any kind of fix for this. Thank you. My dad eats these salads weekly and it’s less than half the usual quantity.

They’re a bit expensive, especially for a fast food restaurant. The food makes up for the price though, as their roast beef sandwiches are really good. The staff here are really friendly, they even gave me a discount once.

I got the exact same thing, everything I went here (past tense). Today I ordered my normal double meat Ruben sandwich. It clearly not double. “Manger” said it was and weighted the entire sandwich and said it was correct. Clearly was not. Instead of just making it right, they argued with me about my previous experiences and finally gave my money back when I asked. Great customer service…threw away products and lost a customer. Funny thing is, I had just told a couple friends how good this location was….

I cannot say enough good things about the night shift. I don’t get off work until late so I’m always pulling up right before closing time. They are ALWAYS FRIENDLY and never act aggravated because they are fixing to close. The food is AMAZING ALWAYS! The Turkey Bacon sandwich was the BEST THING I’ve had in a long time. I want to say BRAVO to the sweet girl at the window and the cooks!! Your the absolute best! Ty always being kind to me and making amazing sandwiches!!
