My son LOVES the laser tag and the ropes course but you have to chase employees to get them to assist. Kids everywhere enjoying themselves, the atmosphere is great. Food is fair but hey, the kids liked it. Get your $$ out if you coming here.

I love coming here as a weekend event. I love coming to the arcade as there is a variety. The bowling is a nice touch to Main Event, and is very extensive. I will say that they do have a massive bar with a huge selection. The food could use a touch up. The quality isn’t the best. But the service was decent. I would recommend this as a family weekend event especially for your kids!

The folks helping at the front kiosks were helpful once I asked them for help. The folks at the bar took a really long time to even acknowledge us. My friend joked that maybe they’d notice us if he faked a seizure. The atmosphere is LOUD. Next time I go, I will use ear protection. I bought a $50 card, but have tons of points left because the non-arcade activities (pool, bowling, etc.) cannot be paid with the fun card.

Attended another birthday party today and ya know… I thought the first time was a fluke but it further reassured never wanting to have a party here. This isn’t a complaint more of a…I hope they see this and take constructive criticism.
1. If I have a party I want ALL of my guests fed with leftovers incase anyone wants seconds. The kids are fed…kinda? My 3 were asking for more but they atleast ate. And all the parents sat around watching with no food. Is this just to force hungry parents to purchase food?
2. There are never enough seats for everyone so we’re stuck sitting at other reserved tables. Which is kind of gross if you think about it because the plates OTHER parties are going to use are being touched and who knows what else…
3. Things DRAGGGGG on. We couldn’t even keep the party together because kids were getting bored. 2 bowling lanes didn’t even finish the game because people gave up.
4. It is SOOOO LOUD!!!!! We can’t even hear the party. Don’t bring kids if they’re sensitive to loud noises either.
Overall… for an entertainment setting we were left bored and experience lacking. This is the third party we’re attended and I have never wanted to not attend a party because of the venue before but…..

Honestly? I prefer Mailbu Jack’s, simple because of food and space and quality of the games/experiences. However, for bowling, I highly recommend Main Event. My church has youth nights here from time to time, and it’s always so fun and enjoyable. Personally, the food’s not great in my opinion. It’s either way too salty or there’s not enough salt, at least in my experience. If anyone’s looking for a new non-denominational church, check out New Circle Church! If you want to, come for a service, and I’ll be there waiting!

Parent Beware. Avoid Booking a Party!
We should have read the other reviews regarding parties. Inform yourself before making the same mistake.
We attempted to host a birthday celebration at this facility, which involved significant expenses. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing, especially considering the establishment’s advertising for children’s parties. The party host appeared visibly overwhelmed and, at times, showed signs of frustration, including placing her head in her hands and audibly groaning. Our one-hour allocated time for cake and pizza was disrupted when she spent considerable effort searching for a table after ours was taken by another group. She seemed unsure of how to coordinate activities and repeatedly expressed uncertainty about her responsibilities.
The children became increasingly restless due to long lines for attractions. After waiting in line for approximately ten minutes with the group, we tried to start the ropes attraction during our scheduled time. However, the attendant asked us to come back later, which was disappointing. We then requested to speak with a manager. Although the manager allowed the children to enjoy an additional attraction and provided extra game cards; many of which were defective; the overall experience remained unsatisfactory.
By that point, our group was ready to leave, as the party environment was not enjoyable, and we were embarrassed by the visible disorganization in front of other parents. It also took nearly two hours to receive food ordered for the adults. Additionally, the host suggested to the birthday child’s mother that she needed to “calm down,” implying she was overly stressed about the lack of coordination and support from the staff.
As we prepared to depart, a manager approached to inquire about our experience. When we shared our concerns regarding the hostess’s behavior and the overall lack of organization, his response was, “I’ll pass that along.”
If there is ever a reason to write a review, this is it. I would strongly advise against booking a birthday party here with the expectation that everything will be properly managed. The purpose of choosing a venue for children’s parties is to reduce parental stress and provide a fun, engaging environment for the kids. Unfortunately, we left feeling frustrated, stressed, and disappointed, with restless children and disappointed parents.

Took my son here for his 10th birthday. We didn’t purchase a party package, but were able to bring in a cake, and had a little seating area to open gifts at. We had the BEST time!! The Monday $12.99 unlimited cards were super affordable, location was clean, I didn’t come across a single game that was out of order, well staffed, and I’m pretty sure I saw security. We ate at the restaurant and our server Jack W. was outstanding, hosting a group of boys isn’t for the faint of heart lol. We ordered a platter, and all of the food was delicious, even better than expected! We will definitely be back. Thanks!

We came to bowl spent 100 on that. It said our wait would be one hour and 10 minutes. Ended up being two hour and 45 minute wait. Had two kids with us, so why we waited we ended up spending another 125 on games waiting just keeping the kids entertained. I would not recommend trusting any wait time. Especially if you have children with you. Will not be going back there ever again.

We went for a fun birthday treat for my son and did the 14.99 unlimited play for laser tagged and bowling ( also you get 10$ game card) with 5 kids it seemed stressful but MARQUISE did an phenomenal job helping me get them started and went well above his job requirement to make sure they had a fantastic time !!!!!!he even gave them there monsters which was so cute since mom failed did t get them on the screen !!!! Highly recommend MARQUISE to everyone he is amazing!!
