Went to the drive thru to pick up my order, I paid for a lot of items only received half the them. Didn’t find out until I was already home. I called to speak to a manager and they said call tomorrow because they are busy. I asked for the general managers contact info and they hung up on me. I would recommend this restaurant if you are desperate for an over priced hard as a rock tortillas with a pinch of cheese, but only part of what you order. This is no way to run a business. I will continue to leave bad reviews on every platform available until some cares to take my call.

Went to the drive through. Ordered a bean burrito and a taco. Was just under $10. Come on it’s taco bell!!!! No wonder I cook at home. I could’ve had 10+ tacos for that price. I was just in a hurry. Didn’t have time to cook. I’ll make time from now on, and eat way better! And have a drink with it.

It’s difficult to enter because they don’t unlock the doors. This location is also covered in litter because they have no trashcan. Generally terrible at even the basic aspects of being open to the public. Hostile staff doesn’t help either. I live in this neighborhood and take exception to this level of hostility to the general public. It’s a decent neighborhood, but this Taco Bell location makes visitors think it’s a warzone. Do better. Get better leadership. Stop being a city council topic.

This is my local taco bell location on Kipling. And to be honest I don’t think I’ve ever received a correct order from this place but it’s close and sometimes I don’t feel like cooking or grocery shopping so I stop here. They didn’t say they were out of any thing so I’m wondering why there’s just cheese and meat. Can you guys do better? It’s sad that I come to terms with this place consistently serving sub standard food.

Today we went to Taco Bell located near i-70 and Kipling. The store number is Taco Bell 033863. They did not get our order right. When I ordered three regular crunchy tacos and three crunchy supreme tacos we ended up getting three soft regular tacos and I complained. I said no. I wanted three crunchy tacos they turn around gave us three soft supreme tacos and three supreme crunchy tacos. When I told him you got the order wrong again they said no. That is what you ordered. That is not what I ordered. That is not what I said. We would like a refund for the $19.42 that we spent on food we didn’t get to eat.

This location is one of the worst places to eat at. The so called “manager” he/she don’t know how to manager. There is trash all over. The tables are not cleaned. The bathroom is gross. It doesn’t get cleaned even when you tell them it needs attention. The pop machines/ tea doesn’t get cleaned properly or daily. Which is against osha. There is mold growing in the pop machines. Yes I know how to checked them. While there is work that actually needs to be done all the employees are either standing at register or in back just talking or eating. Not to mention that other employees from different locations come in and go behind the counters to join the non working employees. Also they talk badly about the customers that complain after they leave. I know this because I was one of the customers that came back in to confront them about talking about me and I talked with “manager”. Who could careless and did absolutely nothing about customer service. In all my 16 years of being a manager I have never treated my customers like they don’t matter the way this place dose. These photo don’t even show what I seen. Customers be warned.
