Love the food sandwich was better than any I have ever had, I can see the cook was passionate about making my sandwich, the cashier and drive thru employees were friendly courteous and offering options to provide excellent services. Ive stopped in twice a week for the last 4-6 weeks at this location on dickerson rd. Each time the shake machine is down but the kicker is you can hear it in the employees voice that they are annoyed you even asked. Heck some even cut you off before you get the word “shake” out of your mouth. Like…. jamocha shakes bring joy to some people but to seriously have this machine down this long is wild. You got the meats but no tasty treats. Thats literally 14ish times of lost business because ive pulled off because of it. Lost business isnt good for ang business but ill stand my ground until I can have my delicious beverage again. Id like to keep them around since they dont seem to get much business and other arbys are closing up shop around the country but I cant contribute if they dont have what I want .

At least once a month we order Arby’s from Rosa parks Blvd. And it’s been fine.. Lastnight 4/27/22 the Beef & cheddars were almost non existent on stale buns, and the chicken slider was petrified! Not to mention the shake was like warm milk when it arrived. Pics attached…Disappointed! Their link doesn’t open! So how can they make things right with the customer?

Just what was expected. Nothing extra or over the top. Bathrooms need some love there was no toilet paper in men’s room and the paper towels were not in the dispenser but just left on the counter with wet spots. Made me wonder what the women’s bathroom looked like.
Came back for 2nd visit:
Arrived at or around 930ish. Girl with blue hair working. Ordered BLT and a fish sandwich. What I got was not what I expected. They must’ve been put of lettuce or they didn’t feel like cutting more. But it’s kind of hard to make a BLT without lettuce. I’m not happy with my purchase of 20$ food and what I got. I tried to give this place a 2nd chance. I’m reducing my review to what’s fair for stars. They just keep dropping the ball. I’ll add pictures for others to see.

The drive thru worker that served me tonight at 9:40 was rude, didn’t say you’re welcome, and said cuss words while we were leaving. She should not be working in that state of matter, very disrespectful.

My son and I are here yesterday after we were told at Checker’s they weren’t taking anymore orders. The lady who took my order was extremely professional and sweet. She was patient with me and helpful. The food was on point, hot and delicious. I will definitely be coming back to this Arby’s in the future if we need a quick bite to eat.
