I placed my order, and the service was an immediate red flag. They seen me with my family. As I placed my order it was rudely repeated loudly as if it’s not their job to make my food. I have a big family, so for them to use their service the way they did pissed me off. After I got my food, I was on my way out and the manager is arguing with customers. Unprofessional. I got home to eat my food and the meat was RAW. Not only did I go back for a remake but also a refund because the second one was raw too. This specific McDonald’s is so trash and sketchy. The workers are trash too.

3 Times cannot get my order right and waited a half hour!! (4 sausage biscuits and a medium diet) and the sausage breakfast sandwiches tasted bad. I threw away the second one. I originally wanted the chicken wrap but they said it was bfast time and by the time the staff were done messing around I could have had the wraps I originally wanted in under 5 min

All food was extremely cold, I wouldnt have even fed it to my dog to be honest. And not enough staff so they made us wait in a curbside spot (and never brought our food out) so my husband had to go IN just to be told they wouldve never been able to bring it out.

Usually McDonalds menus. ONLY thing that is odd os the drive thru window is at a sharp angle after you order and turn the corner. Almost like it was an after thought.

The worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Waited in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me for almost 20 minutes. I was late getting back to my job only to find my sandwich was wrong and my fries were cold and soggy. I ordered a grilled chicken and got a crispy chicken with a dot of sauce and pieces of burnt old looking bacon.

I have visited this location several times, and unfortunately, the environment is consistently chaotic. The dining area is frequently crowded with large groups of teenagers who are not customers, but are loitering, being disruptive, and making it uncomfortable for paying guests.
Recently, I attempted to have a meal with my children, but the shouting and lack of supervision forced us to leave and eat elsewhere. We were very uncomfortable. It is disappointing that management has allowed this to become the standard. This used to be a family-friendly spot, but until the atmosphere is addressed, we will not be returning.
