Came in a 1pm. Roast beef was green and looked dry. The fries were twice fried. Everytime I visit this location the chicken is rock hard. I love Arby’s but this location is terrible.

What on earth? This is horrendous. I’ve been to Arby’s all over the place, and even in Gas Stations, and its relatively decent. This one in Robertsdale, however, has sadly disappointed me.
I just paid $7.99 for the “Signature” Smokehouse Brisket Burger and $4.19 for a 6pc chicken nugget. Not only was there almost nothing on my burger, it was missing the items shown in the picture. I’m going to post a picture of my sandwich and an advertisement of what it was supposed to look like. To top it off, it is cold and absolutely inedible. Rubbery and gross.
I can’t eat this garbage. I won’t eat this garbage. I will just cook up something at home now that I have worked 12 hours today drove home and hoped to avoid the kitchen after spending money at a restaurant. What a waste of my time and money.
My son got the 6 pc chicken and the pieces were smaller than the tips of his thumb. He looked at me with disappointment. Barely even a snack for him. Nuggets? They don’t even qualify as bites.
Just terrible. Is this what meets the expectations for a restaurant in Robertsdale? We have so few restaurants, why is this what we have to deal with? I’m regretting ever stopping at this place.

Went through the drive thru and they made me pull over then forgot to bring me the soda, so I had to go in, no napkins in the bag, not the greatest, but not the worst.

Went by well over an hour before close and was told that they were out of Roast Beef for the evening. How? That’s like waffle house no waffles or pizza hut but no pizza. How bad does management have to be to allow that to happen?

That man with that dirty beanie on should have been fired. Who as a grown man wears a beanie into work and do not get me started on them greasy stained clothes he wears. Britches be too tight and he’s always so sassy. Anyways the manager Courtney is exceptionally excellent and she addressed my customer service concerns promptly. Big ups to her!

Fast friendly service, always have my orders made perfectly, hot and fresh. <~~ this was my previous review.. I'd have kept it that high, but when I got home today everything was good, except for my large fry was barely even halfway.. see picture below... Not sure how i orderered a large and got this..pretty upsetting I'll be switching to gulf shores Arby's if this happens again..

It’s okay. Service was nice but very slow, especially considering we only ordered 2 sandwiches and we were the only customers. Get the specials or it can add up quick. The renovations look nice.
