I really enjoyed the cheese sticks and the Chicken Parmesan and although I had an issue, the supervisor immediately called me to resolve the issue. The 3 star was due to the restaurant being under wait staffed, so they sat us in the bar area, but the bartender was too busy with drinks and should not have been expected to wait on tables. Applebee’s is one of my favorite go to restaurants, especially for their lunch specials.

Update on this. I contacted them as requested and to no surprise, I have not heard anything back from them at all>>>>>Last nights dining was the worst ever. My wife and I both got ill from eating there. 10 minutes to be seated, way understaffed. I will never eat there again. Twice is enough to last me a lifetime!

Ate there on Thanksgiving , so menu selection was limited. We were immediately seated and had prompt service. Our waitress was very professional and courteous. We selected to share a swiss cheese & mushoom , bourbon burger. The food came out fast, and tasted amazing. Our only complaint was that it was super cold inside the business.

I come in once every year or 2… I forget how slow this place is. Placed a carry out order which completed 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. (Got home 7-10min after getting order and it’s not even hot meaning it sat in the back for who knows how long)
I watched a guy sit at bar for 5 min before they talked to him and then when he said what he wanted she did a bunch of other stuff before making his drink.
This is my 3rd visit in 2 months and all 3 times it has gotten a little worse.
This is run like a small town diner, and not in a good way.
I had enough time to write this review while I waited for my food today, this was of course after waiting 15 minutes.
Was given a gift card or would not have been back 3 times in 2 months

Was told there was going to be a 15 minute wait. With over 20 tables open. Then we waited over 20 minutes. To be sat at a table that was already empty for eho knows how long. This was ridiculous. Then the sever came back maybe 2 times and after she gave us the bill she never came back. We were still eating our food. They were not even that busy.

Walked in and waited…and waited…and waited. Never greeted, though we were seen by staff. Left after five minutes without ever talking to anyone. Can’t comment on food quality or atmosphere.

Had an issue with my order. The management and all of the staff corrected it and went above and beyond! Everything was fresh before and after the correction! I don’t eat at Applebee’s very much, but I am going to start eating here more often!

Extremely dissatisfied! I had a few shrimp as ALLOT of grease. The only thing good was the spinach dip. Server even had an attitude like she didn’t want to be there. And slow….omg so slow it took about 45 minutes to get our food and there was literally 11 customers in the whole building at the time we were there!

We came here for a celebration. The place was nice, clean, and a great place to get out of the heat. Our waitress Bree was awesome, she didn’t let us wait long for our order of drinks and food. Would definitely go back. The food was hot and flavorfull!
