The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. First the girl tried to talk us into leaving as soon as we sat down by saying that we would have to wait forever. Then she complained that people kept coming in and she wouldn’t be able to leave and now it looks like she’ll have to pull a double shift. It made us feel awkward but I told her it’s my daughter’s birthday and this is where she wanted to eat so we would wait.Also, it wasn’t busy at all when we walked in.
She forgot to bring us our drinks and got my daughter’s order wrong. It didn’t take long for our food to arrive even though she claimed it would take forever. She forgot our dipping sauce, our to go boxes right after we asked for them, took ages to bring us our check. Other waitresses seemed to be on top of their tables so I think ours is just in the wrong job and hates her job. She had dark hair and hearts drawn all over her face on Valentine’s Day.

I went in for lunch with my best friend. Lunch overall was okay. I ordered an appetizer, a meal and an additional appetizer to take home to my husband. My total was approximately $55. The next day- My husband was checking our bank statements and noticed two charges on our account from BWW. One for $63 and one for $36. We have disputed with our bank- but I would be cautious if I were you and make sure you double check your statements.

Can’t even rate the food because we waited what seemed like 10 minutes to be seated, SEVERAL workers walked right past us, not a single one of them even acknowledged us so we left and went somewhere else.

The times we’ve been here and actually were seated, to say the service was awful would be the mother of all understatements. Not only is the service atrocious, but the food is almost always cold/lukewarm by the time it actually comes out. I have been during lunch several times, sat myself at the bar and the service and food has always been awesome which is literally the only reason I continue to return.

#1-We like to sit at the bar. There were a few open seats, so we thought. My husband asks is anyone sitting here. The man on the left said yes, the man on the right said yes.
We were almost done eating before the people who were supposedly sitting there, ever showed up. #2-We waited about 15 min before anyone acknowledged us, then another 15 min before we got our drinks including water and the bartender, Sara didn’t bring water until way later. #3-The food was good, wasn’t cold. The bone in wings were really small like they were baby chickens. #4- we like the food, but the service has been bad the last 3-4 times at the Fenton location.

I guess when you order late at night you get the end of the bag. Smallest ends of boneless wings I’ve seen. Almost all breading and no chicken.
Also, the photo with hardly any sauce, was boneless wings with sauce on it. Where’s the sauce? Not if the bottom, that’s after it was mixed up. Last but not least, the no sauce on the buffalo chicken tots. It’s suppose to come with sauce btw.

just went in for lunch, food was good. service was AWFUL. literally the worst service i’ve ever received at a restaurant. no refills. didn’t ask if we needed anything when food was brought, didn’t even TALK TO US when the food was brought. she just sat it down and left. not due to being busy, there was maybe 10 tables in the whole place, including us. Really disappointing, don’t come here if you want even half decent service.

The food and service here was spectacular! Both my friend and I got the Sampler platters for 16.99! Such a steal- you can choose from a variety of 4 appetizers! We will definitely be back soon!

Rather than schedule roof repairs for overnight, or closing the store. Inside was extremely loud with equipment on the roof. Had to leave due to the noise.
