I went to this Arby’s tonight to get some dinner for me and my daughters. It was Friday August 17th, 2023 at approximately 8:48pm. While ordering my food at the drive-thru speaker, my daughters and I noticed a bad attitude and bad comments from the woman taking our order through the speaker. She had it absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever and she could care less. Every time I would order something and she would ask me if I wanted anything else, she would sigh and the tone of her voice was absolutely horrible and it showed nothing but a bad attitude. After ordering my food, I pulled around and there were two cars in front of me. We waited for over 15 minutes and the line did not move at all. The car directly in front of me pulled out and left instead of waiting for their food. I decided to do the same thing, but before leaving the parking lot, I decided to pull around to the front and walk inside to see what was going on. When I walked inside all three of the females that were on duty were on their phones and standing around talking. none of them were doing any type of work whatsoever! When they noticed that I had walked in, they asked if I needed help and I told them that I could not wait in the drive-thru any longer and that one car had already left because of the wait and that I decided to walk in to see what was going on. They all had horrible attitudes and were very mouthy, claiming that they were cooking the food fresh. None of what they said was true. After deciding to leave without getting my food, I drove around and the people that was sitting at the drive thru window when I first got there, was still sitting there. I told them exactly why their food had been taking so long. When I got home tonight I decided to look at the other reviews of this Arby’s and from looking at the reviews I can tell that this crew of workers is absolutely ruining your business. The story that I am telling in this review has been told multiple times in this review section from other customers as well. You need to fire each and every one of them and get a new crop of workers there that are actually going to work and keep your business going, instead of running your restaurant out of business. Which is exactly what’s going to happen if you keep letting these females work there instead of getting rid of them. They all 3 were terrible and need to be terminated.

I went thru the drive thru and ordered two meals. Our total was close to $30. The wait in the drive thru was a very long wait. Almost 10 minutes, but I didn’t mind because I assumed they were making a fresh set of fries or so.ething for our meal. When I got home (about 2 mikes away) our fries were hard as a rock and cold. I will not be visiting this location again.

Lady at the window had absolutely no customer service skills. Rolled her eyes because I asked for a drink holder because “she was already planning on giving me one”. Then threw my change in my hand to where it fell and hit the ground. And didn’t even flinch just turned around and walked off no sorry or anything. Employee name on receipt is Mi’asia

The fish sticks were not pleasing. The tarter sauce was not kept cold and it melted. That made the tarter sauce taste nasty. Mozzarella sticks had no sauce.

During the hours of 2-5pm they have a great dollar menu. Sometimes the problem is the bread on the sliders will be stale or hard even if i microwave it. Besides that the food is pretty good and most employee’s are really nice.

I am visiting from Idaho and unfortunately ended up in the hospital. We ordered Arby’s last night and it was AWESOME! So today we ordered it again…well it was like a different company! They forgot my aujuice for my French dip, I ordered double meat and it wasn’t cut in half. I used Door Dash for the second time ever! Well I called Arby’s and they said “you can come pick it up” I explained my situation and I told them my sister could be there in an hour, but would they please replace my sandwich as well. The manager got on the phone and was quite rude stating “ I’m not replacing the sandwich but you can come get the aujuice.” I again explained my situation and she said again “I’m not replacing the sandwich and you’ll have to come get the aujuice!” I called corporate and reported her which I NEVER do. I felt she was very disrespectful and who wants a cold, 3 hour old sandwich the day before surgery!

They’re over cooking their prime rib/briscit & wagyu meat ! If you sit those sandwiches side by commercial side, they don’t even look alike!! AND the person working the drive through sounds offended when I ask them to replace their spicy (for me) sauces to mayonnaise!! It’s offensive to me.

Horrible service. The three working there the night we visited the Anniston, Al location were more worried about themselves and their personal lives while there were 4 cars lined up and two drove off. We had to get out and go in and they still invited us.
