Today I went to Wendy and had the Baconatot Med fries and cream soda. The fries were just out thectuet .. the Baconator was off the chain.. service excellent i will get a frosty to go… but I’ll be back…

The customer service is -0 ! I will never go back to this location . I ordered food got halfway down the road realized they left out some food. Went bck to the restaurant & got the missing food! Went home only to find out my burgers was prepared incorrectly, the fries was soggy & not fresh. I went back for the 2nd time … only to receive rude customer service! The team lead was very nasty & unprofessional! Black guy with dreads & gold teeth.. He was more worried about why i was looking mad then tryna apologize for messing up a customer order. He could’ve at least offered a cold drink . He kept provoking me . I told him i would never return! He said he didn’t care ! & called my a B—-!! I contactd cooperated with my complaint & talked to district manager! Hopefully they will retrain or FIRE ….. & rehire someone that’s professional! Seems like this location picked the team lead off the street. #Ghetto

I won’t be visiting this location again. I had to wait an hour for my food and multiple order corrections. the front counter girl didn’t care about my food or her jobs food cost… I orders 4 items and a drink but I received enough to feed a family. and she kept getting smart saying I could have had a free meal. But I didn’t want a free meal I wanted what I paid for period. you don’t know what I’m allergic too…That’s why I rarely eat out….

To be a fast food place The wait time is horrible. System always down. Workers hanging outside like its club. The manager is very unprofessional . Nasty attitude! They mess your food up & have an attitude about it like you owe them something. I do not recommend this place at all.

Had 4 different orders each person had their own money could not get into lobby went to drive thru told cashier we had 4 different orders she said they can only do 2. I told her their lobby door was not opened. She rudely said “baby the lobby is open I have customers eating in here now. ” We drove back around parked and had to wait at the side door because it was locked! Went to another door on the other side and it was opened! Why didn’t management put a sign on the main door stating to use the other side door……………. I gave 3 stars for the cook for preparing food. But the cashier at the drive thru should correct the attitude that’s what we get though on this side of town…..
