Layla Was super welcoming and kind I brought my 4 year old son in for a cheeseburger after a dentist visit and she was so patient and even made conversation with him. I haven’t been to carls Je in years but I will definitely be back because of the service I received today. She even helped me download the rewards app. Good job with hiring the right talent 🙂 it is a very clean store! oh and my food was delish too!!! Props to the cooks.

Ordered the loaded breakfast burrito; finally a Carl’s Jr that made a burrito the right way. All ingredients were even throughout and the tortilla folded as it should be. I gave 4 stars because we didn’t see a garbage can anywhere outside.

The price of their meals is a tad higher than other restaurants but the little bit of price increase is worth the quality of the food. I don’t eat here too often because it is out of my way but whenever I am on that side of town it’s a go-to. Hardly ever a line. Employees are helpful and made a good recommendation to my wife, based on what she likes to order elsewhere, during her first visit. The quality of the food is 100% worth the value, customer service, and generally short to no line.

We went here today after visiting the zoo. The staff told us to park in front to wait for our food. As we were waiting one of the staff personally came out to tell us that we were overcharged. She came out with our refund and a smile. The whole experience was awesome. Great customer service means everything to us… and we got it here. Thank you!

Well, I order the Santa Fe chicken sandwich always. They just don’t taste as good as they used to. Now it could be that my taste buds have changed. Now I always ask for it to be fresh. That helps. It is still a good sandwich. I never order anything else

OK, Carl’s JR used to be one of my favorite places to go and eat … getting their Double Western Bacon Cheeseburgers and such. However, now that the prices have gone sky-high, this is no longer a place where I frequently visit like I used to. These guys have restaurant style pricing! Nothing has changed in the food, it is still good, yes, but, for the price, I cannot do it!
