If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an online order . Went inside to pick it up. The girl arran touched my food with no gloves or mask after working the window, besides that she picked her nose then touched my food dig around inside my bag. And fix my fries with no gloves. The lady in charged at the the time didn’t get her name she had braids so whoever was in charge on 8/27/23 at approximately 11:00 am didn’t rectify the situation just gave me a bogus number to a manager name ms.burks. Couldn’t even find corporate number unprofessional. The dude who was fixing the sandwiches acted like he had an attitude the atmosphere was weird and unprofessional. I don’t not recommend doing businesses with this Arby’s the are rude and disgusting and unsanitary.

Absolutely horrible experience we didn’t even get food. We rolled up to the speaker and the automated speaker said “order when you’re ready” so we look and when we’re ready we say “ok we’re ready” as I feel most ppl would because it’s an automated speaker. We got no answer, so again, because it was an automated speaker, we asked “are you still open?” As it is 1000pm. He said in the most nasty tone “the automated speaker told you to order when you’re ready” so we responded that we said we were ready and there was no answer and he said “because the automated speaker told you to order when you were ready”. I honestly had to pause a moment because I couldn’t even believe it just happened and so we left saying we were not interested. When I asked what store it was the guy said “he forgot” this guys name was damion but spelled a bit different, and so when I asked the other guy who yelled at us for no reason he said “you can google it”. Idk what happened or why they felt that type of aggressive behavior was ok at random but it bothered me enough to where I’m reviewing when I never do. I would 100% never step foot in that store.

This location consistently closes earlier than they post that they are open. They keep all of their lights on as though they are open and then they will never come to the window or take an order. It’s extremely frustrating and I’m sure the owner of the franchise would be upset if they knew how much money they’re losing because they consistently close early. I attempted to call the phone number in order to make a report but on both postings, the front and the drive-through area. Neither of them have the store number so you can’t report what’s going on because they have no store number on there posting. Won’t be going to this location anymore.

That’s some of the best food I’ve had from Arby’s in a long time. Everything was so fresh hadn’t been sitting under a light. Apple turnovers, Cheddar and cheese, and fries.

I’d usually give this location a higher rating! My family and I stopped by the drive thru on our way home around 9:15 pm. The workers working tonight were extremely rude, argumentive and smart mouthed especially the woman who seemed to be a manager. It all started after we placed our order we pulled around front but couldn’t tell how much room we had to ease up to the window bc there was an SUV that was in front of us who was waiting on their food. We kindly told the drive thru worker that we would wait to finish pulling up bc we didn’t want to risk our car getting backed into, etc. You could tell that it aggravated the drive thru worker ( but there honestly wasn’t much room to pull up without hitting the SUV in front of us). She then proceeded to bring over the older woman who acted like she might be in charge! That lady had an awful attitude. She has no business in being in charge with such a poor attitude! There was no reason for them to be so ugly to us. After we reluctantly pulled up we paid for our food ( they still were acting ugly to us). We were handed our food fairly quickly. Then the older woman in a smart mouthed way asked us to back up ( there was a SUV directly behind us) and the suv previously mentioned was still in front of us. We were boxed in and it made it almost impossible for us to get out of line due to such a tight squeeze. The staff kept on and arguing with us ( We repeatedly kept trying to tell them that we didn’t have any room to get out). Please keep in mind that we were not ugly to them nor did we argue with them. I had to get out of the car to help direct my bf as he attempted to back up. If it hadn’t been for the SUV behind us who kindly backed up as much as they could so we could get out. We wouldn’t have been able to back up. I’m not sure if we will ever visit this location again, and if we do it will not be for a long time! There was no reason for those two workers to treat us so poorly. It’s not our fault that their drive thru was backed up.

Ah.. where to begin. This Arby’s doesn’t even deserve a star.. ok.. maybe just one star. Asked for a HOT HAM & SWISS … they gave me some horrible sand which. And also; a roast beef and cheddar. We went inside and took them our food; and they gave up the SAME order. So, I’m not sure if that’s what they do… or if they didn’t understand our request. I just threw it out. I had lost my appetite by this point.

Really bad. I know they have timmers (I know sometimes corporate asked for stupid expectations that are ridiculous because they site behind a desk and look at numbers. You guys go do what your workers do and then make those stupid requirements. ) I don’t mind pulling forward to wait a min but I had 3 people behind me get their order before me. That wasn’t too bad for me, I ordered a chicken salad. Chicken takes the longest. What I don’t care for was I wanted grilled not fried(wasn’t asked even tho it showed grilled) They were rude and when I did get my food it was THROWN into the container. It was all to one side of the container and it was the smallest salad ever. Unfortunately the picture doesn’t look like it I didn’t have a banana for scale.
