I gave it a try again. The lady in the window is super sweet tonight. The lady on head set right now is a complete jerk and not letting people take their time to order. She’s yelling what over and over. I’m I recommending this location to everybody. Go to Gardendale instead.

I don’t know why they insist on closing early. This is by far one of my biggest pet peeves. Look, if you want to close at 11:00pm or 10:30pm, I actually don’t give a “know you what” when you close, this is America and you can close when ever you feel like closing, but PLEASE just close WHEN YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO! Don’t say open until 11:30 and me rush as fast as I can, cause I know you don’t want to make food 2 minutes before the door locks, just to get here almost a half hour before you claim to close. No one even answers the drive through to tell us what’s going on, we know ur in there. Then again if I could have ordered on line, you’d probably had to do your job, but your app sucks just as your ability to stay open as advertised. O well, won’t be back here.

I’d give it a ZERO if I could. The service was TERRIBLE. Quick to take someone’s money but then want to pull everyone up and make them wait 30 + minutes With the lobby locked???? Not to mention AT LEAST 6 people drive off with food from the drive through AFTER WE ORDERED! Yeah absolutely not. We only ordered a roast beef combo. ; A Beef & cheddar combo. ; A chicken slider WE DIDN’T RECEIVE ! & a 2 piece chicken TENDER kids meal. We got given soggy sandwiches cold fries and ONE TENDER & 2 cold hard nuggets. My child is Two the tenders are easier for her to eat. WE DIDNT EVEN GET A RECEIPT!!!! I know FIRST HAND (I worked at Arby’s for 6 years & was shift manager) it does not take that long to cook the chicken and fries bc with the sandwiches being soggy I know yall have the beef and cheddars and roast beef’s just sitting on the “heating area”. NIGHT SHIFT NEEDS REPLACED. It’s real ridiculous. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. Idk if day shift is any better but night shift DEFINITELY NEEDS TO GO. definitely not a happy camper tonight.

The cashier couldn’t appear more disinterested, the only words said to us were our total. Food was pretty meager for the cost. Turkey bacon ranch had 2 pieces of turkey on it. Guess this Arby’s doesn’t have The Meats.

If I could give this place a 0 or negative for stars it would be negative. The woman who was working there tonight at the drive thru as well as the supervisor, was atrocious in her attitude as well as what she said to us. I was charged for something I didn’t want that’s completely fine, mistakes happen. But When I notified her per my receipt that I was charged for something I didn’t order she started to talk over me very loudly while cussing at me and rolling her eyes. I went to try to respond and she shut the window on me. The supervisor who is an older woman Then came over and asked what was wrong and she cracked the window while she talked to the other woman working there who at this point was very animated and still cussing. I tried to talk to the supervisor and she shooed me away with her hand and said “yeah yeah yeah” and shut the window completely. THIS IS THE SUPERVISOR ACTING THIS WAY. I tried to wait until they opened the window so that I could talk to the supervisor and they stared at me both and continued to be silent. They handed me my food as I kept trying to talk to them and would not say anything. As they handed me my food, I asked why the supervisor was allowing the other woman to treat me in such a way and why she was treating me in such a way herself. They gaslighted me and started cussing at me. I drove away because at this point they were verbally and mentally abusing me.
I will be calling corporate tomorrow to report them because this is beyond unacceptable.

Went through the drive thru & ordered Turkey sandwich and Fish with no cheese
Got home and I had cheese on my fish sandwich and something with onions and barbecue sauce. It sure wasn’t Turkey, lettuce and tomato so always check your order before you leave. I know better than to trust the folks in the drive thru but I didn’t check my order this time so it’s on me. This is the second time in less than 6 months. I won’t go back for a third time. Go right up the road to Gardendale for perfect service

Ah.. where to begin. This Arby’s doesn’t even deserve a star.. ok.. maybe just one star. Asked for a HOT HAM & SWISS … they gave me some horrible sand which. And also; a roast beef and cheddar. We went inside and took them our food; and they gave up the SAME order. So, I’m not sure if that’s what they do… or if they didn’t understand our request. I just threw it out. I had lost my appetite by this point.

One of my favorite Arby locations. Always staffed approximately with great attitudes and efficient. The dining room is roomy and clean that has a great layout. I also like how the drink station has plenty of room. If you are a local always keep an eye out for coupon mailers.
