This is the second time this location has messed up the exact same order: a ½ lb Beef & Cheddar, served without the cheddar, even though it was clearly charged on the receipt.
The first time this happened, we called and were told that next time we could come back and they would replace it. Unfortunately, that location is out of our way and going back during rush hour for two sandwiches just wasn’t realistic, so we didn’t return.
Today, we only ordered from this location again because my husband is currently admitted to the hospital and this was the only Arby’s on the way. I ordered the same sandwich, gave them the benefit of the doubt, and didn’t check it at pickup. When I arrived at the hospital, once again NO cheese.
It’s on the receipt. I paid for it. And yet, no cheddar.
This has never happened at our usual Arby’s location, not even once.
I don’t know what’s going on at this particular store, but customers shouldn’t have to inspect their food every single time to make sure they’re getting what they paid for. Please check your food before leaving this location clearly has a recurring issue.

My husband and I came here for a late night snack and to fulfill our cravings. We ordered three buffalo chicken sliders with Swiss cheese, 8pc of the jalepeno poppers, a chocolate milkshake, and the jamoach shake.
We waited in line for a little bit but it was worth it in the end. Immediately when we pulled up to order the lady was super nice, we pulled up to pay and received our order and noticed only two employees working. Even though there was only two of them they still made sure everything was fresh, we didn’t get our cheese on our sliders but that’s okay because it still tasted really good!
I definitely recommend the jalapeño poppers

Got the 2 for $5 FISH at this location today! Got one original, the other cajun. Both were delicious!
The restaraunt was clean, tidy, employees were friendly, very efficient, yet nobody seemed rushed nor overwhelmed. The food was up and ready in no time and neatly prepared.
This was that simple drop-in lunch I look for regularly but can rarely find. Everything just seemed so smooth! Thanks, Arby’s!
Edit:. 3 years later and this same place is now the pits. Horrible presentation of food, rude manager, and lukewarm at best. How unfortunate.

TWO trips in a row this location can’t be bothered to put the cheddar or the arbys sauce on my sandwhich. I was forgiving the first time, things happen. But this proves the total apathy and ineptitude of this location. I’ve made this order at least FORTY times at the Beach Blvd location and they’ve never made an egregious mistake. Obviously it’s better run.
When we go to this location is it’s on the way to Mayo Clinic, where I frequent as a Cancer patient. I am admitted right now and gf swung by to give me a treat. This sandwhich is worse than hospital food when it doesn’t have the toppings.

An older man took my order, dressed in normal Arby’s clothing, not a manager so I asked him if he was a manager he said no I am the owner. Ladies and gentlemen, that store is so clean. It’s remarkable of how well it’s kept up And three of his employees one was a manager told me he’s there three times a week and it shows I go out to eat a lot and I don’t think I’ve seen a fast food restaurant. Look that good ever.
