We’re from Sevierville, and have honestly stopped going to little Caesar’s because of how terrible of service we’ve gotten at ours, but we stopped at the Newport location today and had the best by far service & experience at a little Caesar’s that we’ve had in a very long time! The food was hot AND ready which was a nice surprise since normally when we go we have to wait, I just wanted to say we loved it. Thank you for running such a good store !

It’s ridiculous to go to Little Caesars to get a hot and ready pizza and there’s never none done . U have 7 people in there working but still have bad service. Is currently 8:44 PM at night and I know for a fact that this Little Ceasers closes at 10 o’clock. I arrived at the store to grab a classic pizza and they had absolutely nothing in the hot boxes except for one thing of wings and they told me that it was going to be 30 minutes before they could get anything for me that currently they do not have a manager there and they do not know what they are supposed to be doing my recommendation to this food establishment is maybe get more managers and get more authority in the building to make sure that your customers are not leaving your Restaurant empty-handed I also only seen two crew members working in there and both of them were on their phones the whole time I was in there aside from the small conversation that took place

Cashier was really friendly and amazing at helping me food was actually fresh for once. Normally my crazy bread is hard and cold but it wasn’t this time. She did an amazing job to make sure everything was fresh. She’s just an amazing person all the way around. I came in on Sunday about 12:00pm

Probably the nicest little caesars, put in my order through the app for pick up. My pizza and cheese bread was made quickly, easy to run it grab it and go with no hassels. The pizza was delicious and the cheese bread had the perfect amount of cheese

What the heck is this? I ordered a thin crust and this is what I got. First they forgot my online order then they did this, really guys? Didn’t even cut it, it’s more like a Hodgepodge of pizza stuff tossed on a cardboard box. Come on. You can do better than this.
