I should have known, just by looking at the parking lot. I have never had worse food, I will mention the microwave was all that was you to make my food. I ordered a French Dip Sandwich with fries and a drink. To begin I got myself a sweet tea, mistake. The tea tasted like it had been there a week. My sandwich was awful, never tasted a worse roast beef. The fries too were microwaved. That was just the food. The Manager was sitting in a booth with the microwave both were having a lovely time. She wouldn’t even look at me. I will never and I mean NEVER eat at an Arby’s again. The Manager should be ashamed of herself.

I’ve never had bad curly fries from Arby’s in my life. On a trip to pick up a foster pet, we went through drive threw. The fries tasted so old we actually did not eat them. Nor would the starving forster pup we’d picked up. We weren’t provided or asked if we wanted napkins. We’d also ordered beef & cheddar sandwiches. Which are messy themselves, but these were slapped together w/most of the cheese on the wrapper & bread. Gots to do better, Arby’s! Curly fries are your jam! And everyone needs a napkin when they get a beef & cheddar ♀️

Food was hot, but it took a very long time. The dining room almost looked closed, even though it was two hours before the time posted on the door. Drive thru line was non-existent, so not sure what the challenge was.
