Update: Arby’s STOP telling customers to use your form, it DOES NOT WORK. Waste of time to fill out only for multiple errors to come back bc y’all can’t even get THAT right.
Was served inedible greasy SLOP. Got the brisket sandwich and two Cheddar and Beef and a plain beef. All of them were served with the LEAST care possible. The brisket was disgustingly greasy, overcooked and HARD. The cheddar and beefs were SLATHERED with cheese ALL OVER, you could not pick it up without using 10 napkins. This all cost us $35 btw, insane.

I ordered the half pound beef and cheddar for me and a Angus cheese steak large fry and large coke for my husband. His was absolutely completely sloppy and the bread was mushy, (I live a mile from them) the crinkle cut fries were rock hard, my beef and cheddar was cold. We have given this Arby’s 3 chances to do better. This was the last chance. We have ran out of places to grab a quick meal from here in town. He threw away his food that’s how bad it was

Ordered the new steak bites. The texture is fake meat… The flavors is close to dog kibble. i also got the steak bowl. Unfortunately the taste of the mac and cheese was that of pasta water. I was very disappointed in the meal. I also ordered the Italian for my husband specifically asked for no banana peppers that was not followed. Also got my brother a double cheeseburger and the parchment paper was stuck to the burger so bad he had to discard part of his burger to avoid eating paper. Whole experience was very disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon.

Waited 30 to 45 minutes for food. Order was wrong manager didn’t have time to fix it or refund what was wrong. Absolutely will not go back. Worst experience ever Don’t waste your money or time there.

i really hope the woman who helped me was just having a bad day, because if that is how she talks to people every day then that is a very sad way to live your life. all over a simple miscommunication, the woman with the short bright red hair was extremely rude to me. i understand having bad days, and i have worked in fast food before, so i understand that it gets frustrating, but i will never talk to a customer the way she talked to me. the man who ended up helping me in the end was very very nice and took my order with no issue. i really hope she had a better day tomorrow or gets better customer service skills.

Everything is good The Jamoca shakes really need work at all Arby’s restaurants! They’ve cut back on the Jamoca that they taste like vanilla shakes!!

Not comparing this to regular restaurants, but other Arby’s. Some are just better than others, and this was a good one! Enjoyed everything. Service was good. And I love when they cut the beef paper thin!

At 12:05 PM, we got our milkshakes and were to go around to the front door and wait for them to prepare our sandwiches and bring them to us. Meanwhile in 95 degree heat and plenty of sunshine our shakes are melting. BTW there are 2 cars in the parking lot other than us, definitely not busy.
