Trucker here. I get chicken cordon blue about 3 times a week from whatever truck stops have Arby’s in it. This Arby’s has smiling faces and fast service but the food is absolutely disgusting. My sandwich tasted like it was sitting and or microwaved after made. The chicken was soggy cheese was melted so much that I could barely get the top bun off the soggy chicken and the mayo was hot. Seemed like the whole sandwich was microwave. Im going to still get my sandwich while on the road but I will definitely be avoiding this particular Arby’s due to it is clear they DO NOT MAKE THIER FOOD FRESH like all the other Arby’s. I hope management will let employees know that people don’t mind waiting for for fresh food.

Don’t waste your time eating at this place I ordered a fresh fry and fresh chicken sandwich and it came out less than 30 seconds. It take 7 to 9 minutes to cook chicken it’s a 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes to cook fries with extra mayo I got my food in less than a minute from me ordering I asked for fresh the two guys in the back needs to be replaced and or retrained

I cannot believe I’m taking the time to write this, but our experience was so bad that I have to warn others. I suggest that you read the other reviews after this one… you’ll see that there a LOT of folks complaining (even food poisoning is mentioned).
The food was crap and the customer service was worse than that. I suggest you find somewhere else to eat… ANY place would be better, by far.

Ordered 2 double beef and cheddars. Received one classic and one beef and cheddar. Bread was too hard to eat the sandwiches, fries were stale and cold, sauce wasn’t put in the bag.

Place was dead around lunch time. Thought it was strange. Ordered the number 9 chicken swiss. Took them about 3 minutes and i got my food. Went to my truck to wait for the fuel system to start working again. Opened up my food and it was disgusting. Looked lije sauerkrat on my sandwich. I raked it off and took a bite. Worst sandwich in history. It was so dry, it felt like i was biting into beef jerky. Hard breading and dehydrated chicken. I spit it out an threw it away. Now i know why it was so dead. Locals know not to come here for lunch.

When you’re employees talk about the customers they should make sure they are right. I ordered 2 beef and cheddar meals with curly fries and 2 cups of cheddar and a French dip meal with curly fries. Got the bag and everything was in the bag except the 2 cups of cheddar the cashier asked the kitchen for a 2 cup because only one was there the one who handed me the bag said that I already had the cheddar in the bag and I showed her it indeed wasn’t in the bag she still didn’t admit her mistake. The cashier was friendly but if your employees don’t want to work customer service then send them home. It makes you all look bad. And as I work in the food industry it gives us all a bad rep.

I was pleasantly surprised when we stopped here. I was riding a bus Flix to be exact and this is the Warner Robins stop. Flix has bought Greyhound. They no longer have stations in some cities and in turn stop at gas stations to pick up passengers.
I have to say that this has been the best gas station stop that I have seen. The Pilot was modern, and clean. Restrooms were clean and there is an Arby’s attached to it.
We ordered our food. It took a few minutes because it is cooked fresh. We had 40 minutes at this stop. The food was piling hot and surprisingly good. We ate it there because there is no food allowed on the bus. The dining area was clean. Take advantage of what is here. The folks there are pleasant as well.

I drive over 15min and I bypass 2 different locations just to come to this Arby’s!!! Their customer service is GREAT, and the food is always fresh and hot!!!! Keep Up The Good Work Guys

This is the best Arby’s I’ve ever visited. Fatima was so kind and friendly. I asked to have turkey instead of corned beef in their Rueben and they made a great sandwich. Our whole order was ready before we filled our drinks. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re traveling on Route 75!

Is bad, their buffalo chicken sandwich and fries. I could not eat their Buffalo chicken sandwich because it looked gross. So I ate the fries i couldn’t stop vomiting . My order, someone else took it then. When I went to the register, they said someone had already taken it. I hope you are okay. And they had to remake it my order. The Buffalo chicken sandwich. It looked really nasty, so I couldn’t eat it. But I eat the fries and he gives me the stomach problem like keep vomiting.
