I usually don’t write reviews but this was a very disappointing experience. I ordered some nachos and I ended up receiving some nachos with no cheese. The rice from the burritos were undercooked/quite hard.

This location has gone way downhill to the point where I have an issue every single time I go. I used to love going to Taco Bell but now I avoid this location because they always find a way to screw something up. Maybe time for new management?

He said the mild sauce was in the bag. When I put my hand in the bag to pull out sauce packet, I avcidentally pullled out the wrapper that my taco was in. Now my taco shell layed empty and all the fillings layed at tbe bottom.of the bag. I asked if I could bother to get a new one and he left the wondow. Seconds later a lady with a scowel on her face opend the window and asked what the problem was . I told her and she said that I did it. I was only looking for a taco tp eat and not blame to why It was unedible.

I’ll start by saying I love Taco Bell as a whole. The company has never let me down. This location however, is terrible. Every time I eat here I get an attitude from the manager. She acts like it’s an inconvenience to do the basic functions of her job. She is rude and disrespectful. If I could give the service less than one star I would. The rest of the staff is good and will ask questions to make sure customers are getting what they asked for, but the manager could not care any less. It’s amazing she still has a job at this Taco Bell. If she hates her job so much why doesn’t she get a job somewhere else doing something else?

Order was made wrong at a different location and I was told any Taco Bell could remake it. That wasn’t true but the manager here was super nice and remade it any ways and apologized even though it wasn’t her mistake.

I was gonna up the star rating had the app told the truth and someone reached out, but instead it’s a 1 star… My wife and I wanted Taco Bell, it was just past 8pm on Sunday. So I put through the order on the app so there’s no mistaking what I wanted due to mics and speakers… I show up give my name blah blah blah. First I get my drinks which were sticky due to how they fill and spill at the drink station. Get my food and head home, I start going through the bag and to start it was weird cause nothing was in boxes, you know the whole theme behind the “Luxe box” then I realize an item is missing, it was the chalupa from my wife’s luxe box… Calling is useless it’s nothing but teens and a lead that obviously doesn’t care. Go on with eating atleast we had a cheesy Gordita crunch, well they forgot the cheese and such between the flatbread and the shell… So it was basically just a taco with a dry piece of flat bread. So I sent in feedback thinking maybe they would call me or reach out… Still nothing hopefully management wrangles in their night and weekend crew and trains them better. Probably won’t go to the forest lake location again for a while.

I returned to the store and advised the flat bread was doughy and not cooked for 3 of them.. I asked to trade for something equal value for my kids or a refund and the woman was rude and did not want to give different food or a refund. Had to speak to higher management. I ended up returning $46 in taco bell because they couldn’t make it right. Terrible customer service. The worker Serving uncooked food seen no wrong. Yuck. Plenty of other places to eat don’t go here.

IDK if they got new management or if they are just reaching to the bottom of the barrel with their hiring. Everytime I go they either give me the wrong items – like i ordered a bacon crunchwrap and ended up with sausage. I ordered fiesta potatoes and got some stupid thing in tin foil that was so hot I burned my hand on it. Then when I called to speak to a manager about it I got hung up on twice. Other instances have included them putting the taco’s in the bag upside down so as soon as I reach in to grab one the wrapper opens up and spills out most of the taco.

Please actually try to fix this. Please hold these people accountable. And stop making the person who was wronged by the business have to drive back to get it fixed. Do it right the first time. (Normally I would be more understanding but I was literally the only car in the drive through or parking lot so it’s not like they were busy.)

Went through drive through tonight (10:30pm) with two other friends and to make things easier on them we just placed one order Instead of three. They refused to give us a receipt(which we need so we could pay each other back). We then parked in the parking lot to eat and realized we did not get any sauce, napkins or the chips and cheese that were included in the #11 box. So one of my friends went to walk inside to go ask for her chips and sauce. Quickly realizing the door was locked while other customers were inside! Other people inside were telling staff to let her in which they ignored and said no. So we went back through drive through to get the rest of our order. One employee gave us the chips and mild sauce but not the cheese sauce for the chips. So we waited for a minute to ask him for that and he opened the window and said, “What’s wrong now?” With quite a bit or attitude and sass. Finally we got everything and again parked to eat. Then realizing the tacos from the #11 box was made incorrectly. Giving up we ate while all disappointed and frustrated. I would not recommend eating here unless you’d like to have to fight with an employee to get everything you paid for.. Not to mention waiting a long time to even get our food in the first place. It’s clear that they are horribly understaffed and in need of better management.
