Always great food. Very clean lobby, Clean restrooms (I can only speak for the Men’s room) Friendly staff! Occasionally, good deals like, 2 for $7 and their $5 boneless wing and fries deal. All around, I give it a grade of 96%, which is a solid A.

I’ve came to this place my fair share of times over the years. And the food is always good, but the service is lacking. Today I placed my order at the speaker, and I was not asked to repeat anything at that point, so I assumed they heard me correctly. I got to the window and was asked about my fries again, I repeated what I said at the speaker, but the lady doing the fries was in the restaurant was hollering that that’s not what I said. The lady at the window asked me again, and I had to repeat 2 more times what I’d already said. I’ve had the same issue before (from same person who was hollering today) where I ordered fries and received the other kind and mentioned it, and last time they flat out said, that’s not what you said on the speaker. If fries are such an issue, I will just go somewhere else. For the price, I should be able to get what I ordered. Love the food, just not the attitude.

The food is good, great service, a little expensive. My only complaint is the size of the lemonade cups. I ordered a medium and large lemonade and was very disappointed. This cost around $6.50 for both. The medium was the size of a happy meal cup and the large maybe the size of a small or regular cup at other restaurants. Arby’s gotta do better. Stop charging these outrageous prices for these small cups! Disappointed customer!

Quick service but not the first time I got home to find out they did not give me the correct food. Today 3-28-23 I ordered a beef ‘n’ cheddar double combo. Got home to realize they gave me a regular roast beef and none of the sauce I asked for.

Drive thru order of french dip sandwich with curly fries. I clearly asked “Is it all there?” Cashier said “Yes”. They have forgotten the au juice dip before so I wanted to be sure. I arrived home, opened the bag. Inside was dip, curly fries and NO sandwich!

It was quick, fast and delicious. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was super clean. There was a line at the drive through so I went inside and my order was still processed quickly. I’ll definitely be returning to this location.

Justin in the drive thru was friendly which is rare these days! So I greatly appreciated it! He actually gave me sauces too which usually they ask but never put them in the bag! Food was good!

If I could give a lower review I would. I’ve gotten food from here 6 times in 2 years and every single time they screw the order up. To the point I’ve had the window worker tell me yes I’ve checked its the beef so and so only to pull foward and open to find chicken. The entire staff is so incompetent I’m surprised they can even work the register to accept my money.
