Staff would not let doordash refuse an obvious double order. Got called 3 days later by ANGEL ACREE who immediately had an attitude from me answering the phone. After I informed her that the employees made two separate doordash drivers (i ordered through the Arbys app….) take two separate orders across town to my house making me pay 2x the fees, taxes, and tips. Then when I called Arbys because they didnt even provide me with the two milkshakes I had ordered I was told I had to call Doordash.. yall I dont even have the Doordash app. 3 days later I get this angry phone call that only increases in aggression when I bring up what the employees had done not even that I viewed it as wrong. Angel then told me she was over 7 stores and “there was a million orders on 01/26 so I need to find yours”. I said okay look between 8pm and 10pm on the 26th for this duplicate order. Again she said a million people had made that order during that time.. I was flabbergasted to say the least and the Arbys app no longer shows I ordered even once let alone twice on that day. I have pictures from arbys/doordash cause thats who they use for their arby app delivery I guess? I have receipts, photos etc everything. Said I would email them and was told “I dont need proof sir just the amount you want refunded” I told her whatever they charged me for the second meal and the milkshakes I didnt receive as their “ice cream machine was down”… she told me she could not look it up and then hung up on me. I wish I was joking. Is this a district manager? Seriously?

This store in Aiken Sc has went to crap. For what we pay for food you would think they would provide the proper meals. Order a half pound sandwich and get a regular. If you are charging premium prices give premium food and service. Meals are slapped together with no care. Last time I order here

Received food, potatoes looked like grease soaked sponges. When I asked for crinkle cut fries I got curly. Then I was told the potatoe cakes are greasy because they came out of the greasy. No napkins, using paper towel rolls that were for the restroom.

Was in drive thru for 10 min. Nobody came on to ask us to hold on or take our order. When I pull up to the windows there was nobody there…. customer service stinks now a days

The Arby’s at this location is horrible, the employees are rude and give attitude over simple questions. Came at 730pm and wanted to order a tea and was told that they aren’t doing tea because they aren’t making anymore tonight. The fries were not fresh as you can tell they were sitting for a while. It is sad that a once respected place has gone down hill and the employees do not care.

Have not eaten at Arby’s in quite a while. Was looking forward to a hot, delicious meal. What I got was cold sandwiches, cold fries, and one of the sandwiches was the wrong sandwich altogether! The only thing fit to eat was the Jalapeño Poppers…but that was only because they had to cook to order, so I had to wait. Took a picture of the hard, cold fries that were not fit to eat! Spent over $25 for the two of us for this meal…I should have went back & got my money!

I hadn’t had Arby’s in years. I used to live on Beef n Cheddar sandwiches when I was in the military. I decided to travel down memory lane and have a Beef n Cheddar. Well some memories should stay in the past. There wasn’t much cheddar on my sandwich. Wasn’t really fresh. I was slightly entertained by the banter between the front counter guy and the young ladies in the kitchen. Overall, not a bad experience. The staff was polite and the dining area was clean. I recommend the orange cream shake.
