Waited 10 min at counter was only 5 costumers all were already served. I still wasn’t even acknowledged let alone able to order staff were all to busy socializing with each other to pay attention to me at all. I left and purchased a sandwich at the QT next store. Normally your products are wonderful & the sandwiches were great as usual but this the first time our curly fries were not eatable, maybe they sat under light too long or something because they were very & almost crunchy, I was disappointed. But this isn’t the store normally so I’ll stay going to my regular Arby’s.
