Chicken cordon bleu sandwich was fresh and hot. The fried chicken patty looked small compared to the bun, but it was a thick piece of chicken. Crinkle cut fries, usually a favorite of mine, were poor… overdone, not hot, hardly even warm, and not fresh. Many fries were hard. Dining room was uncomfortably cold. Overall, a very disappointing visit.

The one gentleman is always there he works the front cash register. He is always helpful and suggests new items. It is quick service and very tidy.

What a disgusting location. The sauce was open, and sticky. The manager was rude when I mentioned it to her and asked for a new sauce that I paid for that they forgot to give me in the first place.
The manager was the one who did it too. Why is it so hard to say yes sir, here you go. Thank you. Have a nice day? They definitely need retraining in the hospitality customer service business.

Me and my husband were just there ordered two beef and cheddar and one without red ranch sauce and they both came with it and my husband went in to exchange it for one without the sauce and the lady snatched it out of his hands and threw it in the garbage then we go to eat and his roast beef was undercooked .. don’t recommend going to this Arby’s

Ordered pick up. The food was ok. Prices at Arby’s are pretty above average compared to neighboring restaurants, even when using their app. Coupons/deals and rewards on the app are terrible compared to the neighboring restaurants as well. Honestly, if they had better offers/incentives and rewards I would probably go there a lot more because I love their Roast Beef. The staff came off as a little snarky during our visit. I don’t know if the guy was trying to be funny or what but the cashier told me to have a great night and the guy in the lobby who was sweeping repeated her with a very mocking tone. It came across as a little rude.

Scattered service and disappointing food even for fast food standards. They’ve made a huge deal about the new burgers. $13 for a meal, and it was one of the worst burgers of my life. Fries were hot and fresh, which was the only saving grace.
