Stopped here for lunch. Not many people inside and no line but waited far too long to order. Had a burger meal. Sat down and started to eat. The entire inside of the burger was still pink and luke warm. Definitely not done. Didn’t eat it. Fries were crispy. Place was clean. Overall, not a good eating experience at this Arby’s.

The food was fine. However, the rude older, heavier-set lady (looked about mid 40s-ish) who was working the register was absolutely horrible. I wish I had gotten her name. My family had just stepped inside and we stood towards the back because we were still looking at the menu and deciding what to order. We did not stand anywhere near the counter that way if anyone else came up, they could go ahead of us since we were still deciding. I was reading some of the menu items to my mom since she couldn’t see the menu well, and the lady angrily shouts across to us, “is this for here or to go?” There was another man standing next to us so we assumed she was talking to him since we were obviously not ready to order yet. We told the man, “Sorry you can go ahead of us, we’re still figuring out our order.” He smiled said, “oh thank you but I’m actually just a doordasher so I’m just gonna slide by ya. But thank you guys!” The lady then again shouts, “Um. Yea is this for here or to go??” My dad says, “oh, ours will be for here. But-” she cuts him off and says, “ok? So what can I get you?” And rolls her eyes. I stopped helping my mom momentarily to explain, “I’m sorry. We are still looking at the menu and just aren’t ready to order yet. We’re still looking I’m sorry.” She rolls her eyes at me ignores what I said and looks at my dad annoyed. He says, “ah well I can at least tell you what I’m getting.” And proceeds with his order. Then she doesn’t look up and says, “uh huh. Yea, What else?” I finished helping my mom decide and then added her order but the lady was so impatient with us. My brother stepped up and ordered 2 chicken bacon Swiss sandwiches just the sandwich and she got even more annoyed and said, “uhh what?!” My brother has autism and tried to speak louder but she rolled her eyes so my dad took over and repeated it. I was going to get a meal but was so flustered and fed up with her attitude and eye rolling and how she was talking to all of us so I just got a milkshake. When my boyfriend gave his order she kept interrupting and rushing him and when he tried to speed up to match the pace she was demanding she couldn’t keep up and got confused. She rolled her eyes and angrily told my dad the total and as he was about to put the card in the chip reader, she says, “yea pay here” like that’s literally what he was doing! My dad has more patience than me I guess cause he just smiled and said thank you. When the receipt printed she slammed the tray down on the counter and then receipt was curling she got pissed and then kept slamming it down repeatedly on the tray. I thought she was trying to get my dad’s attention to take the receipt so I went to take it and she angrily said, “well it has to stay on the tray..” I said “sorry” and laid it on the tray and she rolled her eyes AGAIN.. I was livid at this point and when she got food she tossed the napkins on top and sarcastically told my dad, “that’s it. Have a nice day.” And rolled her eyes one last time as my dad said thank you you too. Everyone else there was very kind smiled at us and one lady came out to check on us as we were waiting to ask if there was anything else she could get us. Very kind and pleasant. But whoever the older heavier-set lady was should not be working in customer service industry. Extremely rude. I know the holidays can be a rough time. So I hope she’s ok and I will pray for her. But this was not ok and I hope whatever she’s going through, she is able to find peace but she needs to learn to be more mindful of her attitude. But many thanks to the other workers there and I hope they all get bonuses just for having to deal with her.

They seemed understaffed. While I was in there, there was a door dasher complaining about her pickup order from last time in a pretty annoying tone. The staff handled it great and were very courteous. Which was nice because I would have definitely made that lady sit and wait a while if she spoke to me that way. Anyway, food was as expected. The steak nuggets were likely not beef, but repurposed deer ankles.

Terrible service, my dad was standing there for atleast 5 minutes and nobody came to take his order. Then someone told him that my mom made a mobile order and that they made a sandwich for it so he waited for another 5 minutes for the sandwich they said that they made and nobody came to give him the sandwich. If I could give this place a 0 star review belive me I would. Absolutely terrible management over your employese.

Very poor customer service. The person taking our order wasn’t helpful at all . We asked if they had any specials on their roast beef sandwiches. The employee said “yes”… So then we had to ask “Well what are they?” I would think if somebody is asking about the specials you should probably just tell them, but that’s just me. She also sounded annoyed that we were asking questions. The food was bad quality. The curly fries were cold and all broken end pieces. I would just say don’t ever go here. They don’t seem to want customers. We’ve also had problems with them closing early, or turning off all the lights to make it look like they’re closed.

If your in a hurry, this place has a quick drive thru time. You’ll have to ask for ketchup & napkins.

Unbelievably bad experience, especially considering it’s harder to have lower expectations than at an Arby’s drive-thru to begin with.
But… Wherever you have set those expectations… Prepare to be disappointed.
Management is still riding the covid excuse wave so the restaurant is understaffed and the bathroom is closed. Spent 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Staff was rude. Had to ask for napkins. Discovered that there was no sauce for the very beaten up roast beef sandwich in the bag…
At that point, you have no options because it’s not like you’re going to sit in the drive-thru for 20 minutes to ask for sauce.
If you can possibly avoid this stop by the freeway, do so. Eating one of your own limbs or possibly one of your young is likely a better decision than going here.

Stopped by to try the Wagyu Burger, the sauce was good, the burger was a bit charred and on the dry side. Not what I expected out of the best meat in the world but it’s not the meats fault it was over cooked. The flavors were good but was disappointing because of the over cooking. Crinkle fries and chocolate shake were good.
I went through the drive thru so I was all the way home before seeing the cook on the burger, otherwise I would have returned it.

I’m not impressed with my most recent visit. Half the sandwich was smashed and the cheese all over the wrapper instead of on the sandwich. I didn’t get a Pic of the fries but I got the curly fries and they were ALL end pieces, not one curly q fry! Very disappointing
