Reviewing an Arby’s, here I am doing it! we were traveling from our West Virginia house back to Nc late and needed to eat. It was late and near midnight. Came in and the place is very clean and well put together especially considering it’s attached to a Loves gas station! The guy working was very kind and attentive and you can tell he is mindful of hygiene while preparing food. He was very kind and the food was as good as you could hope for from Arby’s! Well remember this for our future back and forth travels! Thank you

Traveling me , my husband , and our 2 fur babies went through the drive through… around 430 pm on 11/2/2025 , the service was spectacular, the friendly staff was a warm welcoming experience… the food was amazing, honestly better than I’ve had from an Arby’s in a while . I usually hate going through drive thrus as we travel because it’s usually a horrible experience but today this Arby’s changed that… your staff today was absolutely what an experience should be …. And my pups enjoyed their pup cups … thank you for your hard work and dedication it was noticed today

So I arrived here tonight 8/3 at 11:20 soon as I walked in a gentleman told me they are having a shift change and they are closed for 20-30 mins when I just seen him serve a lady and her child so I said ok sat down and patiently waited for about 5 mins then two other customers came in and order right in front of me with a young lady at the register and I couldn’t believe what I was seeing and then he made i contact with me and looked the other way and start throwing things around and slamming things and I specifically ask for fresh chicken raps she said they are cooked to order but then I seen him take old chicken and throw it back in the fryer at this point I didn’t say nothing because I didn’t want him to spit in my food or do something to it so I just took and didn’t say anything or make a seen, chicken was so hard and crunchy it was ridiculous I took one bite and threw them all away and just ate my curly fries not sure if this was a race thing or he was having a bad day but I really dont appreciate how I was treated at this location

Was given an EXTREMELY hard time about using coupons by the cashier and was also told not to come back because of said coupons? Was also 100% scolded by the cashier more than once. He definitely needs an attitude change and soon.

Fast food places need to start giving out a reading and counting test to the employees. Ordered a large jalapenos bit, and you only put five, which is a small. Also, i had to ask for the fries, which were on the order but you just didn’t put in because you didn’t want to read the order tickets.

I ordered three Reuben Corned Beef sandwiches for me and my family,I brought the sandwiches home and the bread was very dry,so dry we could not even eat it,I also requested fresh crinkle fries but I really don’t think they were fresh,I used to work in fast food restaurants and I have seen all the tricks restaurants Arby’s needs more parking spaces too

The atmosphere is what you expect at any nice fast food place. No people yelling at each other or anything wild. The guy that took my order made sure with me that he got everything right, and he was right, then the person or people who made the order did everything right. Two sandwiches with no tomatoes one with light sauce because I don’t like food to be drippy. Nothing was drippy, and everything including the curly fries seemed fresh, no stale fries, even walking back to my semi in the cold didn’t affect anything being warm. And everyone was very nice as could be. Some people might say “well it’s just an Arby’s, how nice could it be” but I say what a nice Arby’s, it’s much better than any I’ve been to in Wisconsin or many other truckstops.
