I went to this location on Sunday May 7th at 2:50pm went thru the Drive thru nobody ever responded so i went in there was a spanish girl & two black guys in the lobby with the headsets sitting on the table doing nothing, she then says our lobby is closed i said so the drive thru is too i tried that first she then says yes we are short staffed so we not taking no orders I ask her for corporate or her managers number she says i don’t know it, so i asked the guy & he asked me what i need it for terrible customer service

Pulled up to the menu and there was only one car ahead of me, paid at the window and she said pull around I’ll bring it out to you. Pulled around and realized there were literally 5 other cars parked with their lights on just waiting. They could’ve said something at the speaker, and they could have said something at the window about being understaffed. Even better, they could’ve had us wait at the window for our order so there would be a visible line and customers can decide to go somewhere else. Instead they just kept pulling people around and having them pay without any indication they’ll be waiting indefinitely. 10 minutes into my wait she brought out an order and called around to all the cars asking what everyone’s order was. No one spoke up for it, so I highly doubt I’m the only one that gave up and drove somewhere else. She said they only had 3 people, but one of those people was moping around the lobby “cleaning” I didn’t have 20+ minutes to sit and wait for 3 tacos tonight, so I drove off having paid for food I didn’t get it. It is absurd to me that they just kept checking people out knowing they weren’t able to keep up with the orders, and without saying a word about how long the wait might be.

I went thru drive thru at 557 pm. Ordered a few things and a quesadilla. Get home and it’s not in there. I call and the girl.on the phone just kept saying I can’t hear you. Yall know what yall did. Hire better ppl. I even tipped the girl at the window.

The staff was friendly, my food was cooked fresh to order and the wings were perfectly seasoned and crispy on the outside, juicy, tender and flavorful in the inside. A bit too much fat for my liking but other than that they were delicious. They’re a bit overpriced for the amount of fat on them but for the taste and crunch it average out. My 5 piece tax and all came to 7.01.

i pulled up at just about closing time in my semi and started to leave when i seen they were about to close but then a young lady motions for me to come to the door.she said she takes care of her drivers and he did just that..THANK YOU KAYLEE YOU ROCK!!!!! I have found that this location has very kind and knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere here at this location is the same as most other Taco Bell restaurants, but find it to be pleasantly clean. Now the food is what I find to be quite inconsistent. My last visit here I received mushy Taco Supremes, and Mexican pizzas with almost no beef but to much refried beans!! Great service, mediocre food!!

Horrible service. Manager literally closed the window in my face and said she couldn’t help me. After being out of several items and forgetting half my food I had to go back to get what was missing. I got one big cup of cheese for 2 nacho fry boxes and I explained that the other person currently has the flu and we couldn’t share the cheese dip. She told me I could pay for more cheese. It’s not my fault you guys are out of everything so no I shouldn’t have to pay more, especially after you forgot half my food and I had to come back. She said she couldn’t help me and closed the window in my face and I had to sit there til someone opened the window so I could pay for more cheese. Pay for their faults. Then they really made me sit there and wait for this cheese like it was cooking. I absolutely went off on them as I left. I’m sorry you work at Taco Bell but please don’t take it out on me. Horrible horrible service
