I really like the Arbys in Rocky Mount, Virginia. The food has always been delicious. They never disappoint with the food. The drive through is really narrow.

First visit to an Arby’s in over five years. I HATE Arby’s but mustered the courage to go to this one. It was…ragingly average? The beef and cheddar I got was decent. It was hot and fresh, but soaked to the brim with grease. Service was decent.

Today I was so tired so I decided to stop by Arby’s to get supper. They were very busy but the service was exceptional. Very friendly and efficient. There was a problem with a ticket ahead of me and the nice lady asked another employee if she would take my order on another register and without thinking she immediately said yes with a sweet smile on her face. When I got the food home it was correct and still hot. Thank you ladies at the Rocky Mount Arby’s. U made me feel welcomed and u saved me from cooking ❤️

Haven’t ate at Arby’s for years. Got tired of the average food at an expense price. I was looking for something different. Ugghh disappointed got a couple French dip and Swiss sandwiches, the roast beef was thick cut just several pieces folded together. The dip was tasteless brown water. Also got a sweet brisket sandwich combo, no sauce was found in the bag, so I had a dry brisket. I was so disappointed for $30, it just wasn’t worth it. I’ll feed the roast beef to my cats, I’m not eating that thick cut mess. The girl that took my order was very friendly and courteous, so there’s that.

The fries weren’t freshly cooked and should’ve been because that place you can’t order inside you have order online. They only have drive-thru and was attached to a convenient store/gas station. I waited 15 mins for a beef n cheddar with curly fries. Then again, what should have i expected. The sandwich was good or maybe cause I haven’t had one in awhile.

Rocky mount va. Arbys you HAVE to do better!!!!! This restaurant can be a money maker BUT everyday food gets worse and worse. Cheese is awful wax chicken is rubber.
