Unfortunately, I have found that the Fredericksburg area Arbys are owned by an enterprise group that seems poorly managed. I had bad experience at another one in area and gave feedback earlier this year. Was at this one last week and as soon as the manager left for the day and told the employees she was leaving and to behave themselves, one of the employees felt the need to scream across the restaurant and use profanity. When gave corporate feedback, contacted by same person from before that I had to reach out to on more than one occasion to followup and contact me. Poor management. It is unfortunate.

Okay so 5 stars because the food is always amazing but the last 2 times I went through the drive through it took over 15 minutes! Guess it depends on how many people are working. At least the food is great!

Slow service with employees with attitude and incompetence. They forgot 3 items in our drive-through order. My husband then had to go in to get the rest of our food. The manager then copped an attitude towards my husband. It’s not our fault you can’t manage your staff. But with managers like that, I can see why.

I was disapointed in my chicken wrap. It had bits of fried chicken & difficult to eat. I won’t get it again. Their milk shake was ok. I do like the Au JUS sub. Not if u have elevated blood presure. The older version of chicken wrap with avocado was great

I ordered the Classic Chicken Sandwich it was horrible. The chicken was hard and the Sandwich was so sloppy with globs of mayo on the side. It was gross I will probably never eat there again.
