I ordered a French dip meal. After waiting 10 minutes I was told they ran out of the dip sauce and it was going to be 25 minutes wait. They gave me regular fries when I ordered curly fries, and when I said something they said sorry we’re waiting on curly fries to finish cooking. Food was ok. I was disappointed I had to order something else bc they ran out of the dip sauce. One guy at the drive thru was nice, but the other one was kinda rude.

Had a long day at a nearby dealership and was starving. I actually stopped by two fast food restaurants and had horrible service before completing my order at either and left to get on the highway and back home. Still hungry, I found myself at this Arby’s, by chance, and the service and food were both excellent. So thankful for the employees working at this location. Will absolutely make a point to return next time I’m in the area.

Actually impressed by the new Waygu Bacon Ranch burger. Loved their Orange Creme shake and hot hot hot crinkle fries . Second visit and update: New 1/4lb shaved brisket with sweet sauce delicious but messy. Two side orders mac and cheese. One was refrigerator cold and the other piping hot. Both the apple turnover and cherry turnover were delicious but served without any warmth at room temperature … sad. Meal had possibilities but staff needs some guidance.
