We ordered a gyro and two classic roast beef and cheddar, all sandwiches and fries were cold, the sprite was bitter with no taste or seltzer. It took door dash over a hour to deliver the food. Never again will I pay that amount of money for lousy food. So now we’re out money for crappy food.

Whatever “cook” was working DEC 23rd, 2025 around 9pm, needs training or replaced. Paid so much for a dbl roast beef n cheddar. First one was sloppy all over the place and barely even a single. So I went back and politely asked for what i paid for and got pretty much the same thing. Not the worth the fight. Not coming back. Incredibly disrespectful that guy is. Front people were great 5/5, the cook would be 0/5 if I could. I went three three days ago during lunch and the food was incredible and what you pay for. This guy just doesn’t give a care in the world about your food. Inconsistency is unacceptable for how much that food costs. Might as well just get McDonald’s at the point.

Went to drive up Feb 14th after 4:30 got their new meal deal reg roast beef curly fries peach pie. Got home fries soaked in grease. Mozzarella sticks hard as a rock. The only thing was able t eat was reg roast beef they gave no mayo for that. 7.99 plus Tax tryed to call to speak t someone phone not working. I want my money back. Company never got back to me no phone number nice.

It happed to me don’t let it be you! Order the new fish sandwich meals waited for at least 15 minutes only to get cold sloppy old sandwich’s and mind you this food isn’t cheap! Just trying to figure out we were waiting for if the fish sandwich wasn’t cooked to order?! Aye don’t waste your money!
