We went through the drive thru tonight (9/30/25) around 7:30 pm. I ordered a “special order” of a Crispy Onion Whopper “sub”Impossible burger/ no bacon. The guy running the drive through was so friendly and nice and checked with his manager to see if they could do it. The manager, equally pleasant, told him how to ring it in. We also got the Monster Mash Whopper and Vampire nuggets. We both got fries. Everything was piping hot!! The fries were delicious! Best BK fries ever!! Customer service was amazing and the food excellent!! Overall, a wonderful experience at this Burger King!!!

I wish I had thought to ask the name of the woman working at the drive-thru.(10-23-25 around 2:45pm) She was so sweet and joyful and it just brightens your whole day and reminds you there is still kindness in this world. We had a pretty complex order and everything was correct with all the sauces and everything too!!!

Whether it’s violence, terrible service and food, or simply making the community worse this location has it all. Employees fighting at the drive thru, customers shooting each other, hurting both customers and employees alike. Let’s hope Harrisburg can invest in a solid local business instead of allowing these corporations to ruin our community

I currently have a broken leg so i have to order delivery. EVERY SINGLE week that i order, something is wrong. Either im missing an item (usually what happens) or my items are wrong. If i click no mayo, i get mayo, if i click no cheese i get cheese. I am almost always missing something and it’s just frustrating how many times my order is wrong. Then when i need help with the order and ask to get refund for missing or incorrect items im told no because I’ve filed too many forms, i wonder why I’ve had to file so many

I ordered a whopper among two sides, and when the two sides showed up and no Whopper I texted the driver and was told that Burger King, the Home of the Whopper, was out of whoppers. Pathetic service at this address and this has not been the first time. I could count on both hands the amount of times I’ve been disappointed by this location one way or another.
