The food great. The curly fries can be hard sometimes but their fries is soft & great. The building is small compared to the other Dover Arbys. They do have a tv with news on & once a Christian station was on. The workers wasn’t up front waiting but when we walk up to the counter, they usually see us & come up.

These employees were wonderful to us. The internet said they were open till 10, but it was 9. We were there at 8:50 and they fed us. We paid of course & we ordered what they had ready.

My family stopped here on our way home from the beach on July 4th. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We accidentally dropped a soda on the floor, which made a mess. The woman behind the counter was super helpful and gracious and jumped right in to clean it up. She had a cheerful attitude and treated us really well despite our mess making.

Amazing! So glad they built this one here! I get so tired of burgers and nuggets, gimme a roast beef with spicy horsey and a drizzle of Arby’s on it ANY day! And them curly fries…. Magnifico.

Stopped in on Saturday, September 7th for a quick lunch. The lady store manager is TOPNOTCH. Wish we payed attention to her name. Not only did she wait on us at the counter, she was simultaneously serving drive-thru customers efficiently. She’s on top of her game across the board. Quick, friendly, and very proficient service.

Wish I could share something about the food. We went there 5 times total, and 3 of which we had to walk out due to poor customer service. No sense of urgency, no eye contact, no informing the customer “I’ll be right with you”. Floors are sticky and dirty and this place just opened! We were excited about a new Arby’s opening but I have to say, they’ve made it a very easy decision to go home and cook instead. We’ll never try this place again. There’s a great Chinese food place in the same shopping center. If need be, we’ll be going there! I implore everyone else to do so too. Oh, and you won’t get food poisoning from them like the other reviews said!
