I’ve never been to Arby’s before and wanted to try it. The app was deceiving because items were not available at this location. Okay the young man at the window was pleasant but very unorganized. Or was it his crew. He kept having to call to a “Kevin” to get the order right. Food was not worth the hype. Probably never going to any Arby’s again.

I love Arby’s food, HOWEVER, when you’re the only customer inside the restaurant, there are no customers in the drive thru and it still takes 15 minutes for “FAST” food, this so makes me NOT put up with the irritation. I’m so surprised it hasn’t closed yet.

The store was empty, and I was waiting for an order. There was a gentleman at the front and totally ignored me. Everyone was extremely slow, like they were going backwards. They spoke to each other with no regard for me standing at the counter. I was more of a pain and bothering them. I used to manage an Arby’s years ago, so I know what is expected of the employees. I would not recommend this Arby’s. I would recommend the one on route 100 in Pottstown. They are very cheerful and everyone always says hello.
