Went thru the drive thru placed my order, double roast beef sandwich meal, classic beef and cheddar meal, 2 extra medium fries which were both supposed to be crinkle cut one was a curly, normally not a big deal but for this experience it matters. I also ordered desert for me, my fiancé, my daughter and my fiancés nieces, it was a total of 4 orders of the peach cobbler rolls. The employee on the speaker told me my total and then proceeded to laugh at the order before his headset disconnected from the speaker. Then my experience at the window was cold like they knew i heard them laughing. Im not normally one to leave a review but an experience like this is more than deserving of this review. Its just insane that the employees thinks its ok to judge customers based on the order that comes over the speaker…. Arbys used to be somewhere i would send people for lunch who were waiting on my employees to finish working on their cars but no longer will they be a recommendation.

A lot of good options to enjoy here. Stopped in with a group of 8 and had our food in record time even though it was right over lunch rush. I enjoyed a brisket sandwich with curly fries, chicken tenders with BBQ sauce and of course a Dr. pepper.
The seating area was splendid and well arranged and the bathrooms were nice and clean. I really enjoyed my lunch.

I’d give the staff here 0 stars if possible. I ordered a turkey sandwich with no mayo. While I was waiting for the sandwich, I saw my receipt didn’t say “no mayo” so I asked the cashier if it should. She told me I didn’t ask for no mayo, even though another customer in line said she heard me say it (I DID ask, but not a big deal either way). The cashier took my receipt back to have the sandwich remade, and I could hear the kitchen staff loudly complaining about me the entire time, saying things like “why didn’t she just say NO MAYO?” and “this is a waste of food” and “she’s standing right there watching us make it, she could have said something” like I’m supposed to assume every sandwich they make is for me. I informed the cashier that I could hear every single word the staff said. I tried calling the location to speak with a manager about the disgraceful behavior, and I was hung up on twice as soon as I asked for the manager. I called corporate to file a complaint. I have never had such a bad experience with restaurant staff.

When I walked in all the workers were yelling at each other, I was walked away from twice while they were taking my order, and the service wasn’t that great anyway. They forgot multiple items in my order, and the fries were not salted, definitely not fresh, had to send back both my shakes becuase they gave me smalls when I ordered larges. Charged me for items I did not order or want, then proceeded to mess up the sandwiches I had ordered.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this store deserves it. I was in two days ago and the manager in charge kendra I believe was the sweetest person I met there. Food was fresh and they didnt have chocolate shakes so she sold me with the new sandwich. Definitely will be coming back
