Had a great dinner at Applebee’s! Hadn’t been to one in years, and our family enjoyed it. The server was excellent, repeatedly taking care of our beverages. The getting our salads was really fast, almost immediately after placing the order. We ordered 3 Cheese Penne, Chicken and Shrimp, and Blackened Chicken & Sausage. Great entrees. I honestly thought I had ordered Blackened Shrimp and Sausage instead of the chicken, but I didn’t push the issue and enjoyed it anyway. Definitely worth a repeat visit!

Went there for Valentine’s Day. Not too busy when we got there but started to get busier after we arrived.
They had a special menu for the day so I got one of the steaks and my wife got seafood. Everything was very good. I don’t normally get steak at places like this because they’re usually a bit chewy but I just felt like steak that day. This one was not bad and the taste was very good.
My wife said the seafood was delicious. She got one of the drink specials as well. She thought it was pretty good.
The service was nothing special. The servers were all cordial and pleasant enough but it was Valentine’s Day so they were starting to get busy and they may have been understaffed so were not their normal perky selves.
Since the price of everything just keeps going up, we can’t speak to the value, but if we’re in the area again and it’s lunchtime, we won’t hesitate to go back.

This was ridiculous. My family and I ordered $150+ tip worth of meals for curbside pickup. We got our food, got home and started setting our table. We had missing items, and the steak were all medium rare and rare when ordered medium well. We went back, they offered to give us 2 replacement steak meals with shrimp parm and mushroom toppers, and 2 desserts. Ok, cool. Get them, get home, sit down to eat… Steaks are cooked Well done, and there are no toppers. The fries were cold. And they put the dessert, which was brownie with ice cream in the bag with the hot steak. So we had ice cream soup lol. We called the manager again and she offered a gift card to make up for it. I won’t be back. And if you order here, check your food before leaving. I also wouldn’t tip until you know your order is correct.

It was my first time dining here, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing because of the service we received from our waiter, Patrick. From the start, he seemed to have an attitude. While we were ordering drinks, he just stared at us, and only after we finished did he pull out his notepad and ask us to repeat the order.
We then waited about 20 minutes just to receive a soda. During that time, he didn’t check in or ask if we were ready to order food. He simply said “I’ll be back” and left us waiting another 10 minutes. When he finally took our food order, he later returned and basically tossed the napkins onto our table, which felt disrespectful.
The service was so poor that I felt compelled to write this review before even tasting my food. I hope management addresses this and provides better training, because after this experience it’s hard to see myself coming back.

Slow Staff. We got seated, but party of two, and party of 3 got drinks and food before us, after we had been there for 15 minutes @ a booth. Manager and assistant too busy clearing and running tables. Poor staffing…

I ordered to go and Waited over 25 min past pick up time. I called twice and went in the restaurant twice to ask about my order and all they would say was they would check on it and bring it out once it was ready. The girl hostess on shift didn’t even acknowledge me and gave her back to me when I stated if it be longer I would just go ahead and cancel my order. Once I finally got my food and brought it home my burgers were soggy and cold. My kids wanted McDonald’s but I pushed for us to get Applebees but never again!

I haven’t eaten at Applebee’s in a long time. In Jacksonville the quality is not good. Here the food was great. The quality was excellent, the guys was cooked perfectly and tasted fantastic. Will definitely be eating here again! Highly recommend the bourbon steak!

We had no idea we could feed our whole family this economically at a dine-in restaurant like Applebee’s! Their special deal offering two entrées and a side for $25 is great! It’s still a lot more expensive than eating at home, but about the same as the price of a fast-food restaurant, plus you’re generally getting more food and better quality. The food here was delicious and the waitress did a great job.
***I would recommend calling ahead to make a reservation if you’ll be dining in the restaurant on Friday or Saturday night. We had no trouble getting in on Thursday evening, but the wait was going to be almost an hour on Friday, so we ended up eating elsewhere.
